"Amazing hotel. Fantastic pool. The food in the restaurant was of very high standard, fresh, well presented, cooked upon request. Cooked food was always hot unlike other hotels we have stayed at. Staff were always smiling and happy to help"

"First impressions sets the holiday up for a great time but too many little issues that took the shine off the week existed. Rooms and housekeeping are first class and can’t be faulted and are a credit to the hardworking staff. Who designed this hotel? Having to go outside to get to the buffet restaurant is not ideal when you should have a lift or staircase from the reception area. Koi restaurant closed for the whole week. Food repetition especially if all inclusive, and appears to be a major shortage of tea spoons. Coffee machines turned off at lunchtime and evening mealtimes so can’t have one after your meal. Spa pool very cold and you have to wear the provided swimming hat!! Also couldn’t tell the difference in heat between the 2 pools, and the unheated pool is very large so much so that you will end up sharing it with seagulls. Around the pool is where lack of maintenance really shows with the footpath surface breaking up in a lot of locations"
