Apartamentos Celeste

"We had a fantastic time, we stayed in block 3. The room was cleaned to a high standard nearly every day, the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. The apartment catered to all our needs. I have to give a special thank you to the very helpful staff on reception. We have stayed at these apartment several times and it won't be our last."

"We have stayed in Celeste block 2 for many years and stay 3 times a year. We have always rated our stays 5 * for location , cleanliness, and friendliness of all staff until this last stay, when we had over £200 stolen from our room on either 15th or 16th September.( we were not the only guests who had money and valuables stolen ). We reported this to Management as soon as we realised money was missing however, we did not get the positive response we were expecting, she was very negative and hostile towards us and said no one would steal from room. When I explained there was no forced entry therefore in my opinion it had to be a member of staff who had a key who stole our money she became more angry and just said report it to police if you want to. Guarda Civil were very sympathetic and helpful. They got an interpreter for us who spoke excellent English, Police are currently investigating the theft."

"My husband and I have been holidaying in Costa Teguise for 14 years. We have stayed at Celeste Apartments for the last three years for 2 to 3 times a year. During our last stay (4th to 18th September 2025) we had approximately €500 stolen from our safe. Another couple also had money stolen. Then another couple were followed into their apartment by a suspicious man who proceeded to steal a few of their valuables. We only noticed some of our money had been stolen on our last day when we were packing and decided to count how much we had left of our money. We went to reception to report this but the managaress was aggressive and defensive stating only she could get into the safes (which is untrue as it is quite easy for someone to do this). She suggested we go to the police but as we were shortly about to leave for the airport we did not have the time. Needless to say we will never stay at Celeste Apartments ever again. To make matters worse we only had the internet for approximately 2 days with the staff offering nothing but excuses."
