Azuline Hotel Mediterraneo

"Location is perfect, but you won't be getting a sea view or nice pool view! Rooms are very basic and in need of up grading, especially the bathroom, our shower was blocked and we told the cleaner and nothing was done so we had to sorted ourselves thank god for drain buster🤣 we were on floor three and to top of the hotel experience there was no lift, so up and down three floors couple times a day even for the fittest would kill ya.. no hair dryer in room had to ask receptionist for one. As we didn't spend much time there we probably would stay there again just cause it was cheap but not for style or comfort..."

"Incredibly uncomfortable beds - couldn't offer quilt or likewise to lay on. Couldn't offer another pillow. Holes in bed covers. Dirty walls. Rotten around window frame. Paper thin walls - could hear yawning. VERY basic room, more like hostel than hotel. We visited here 22 years ago and it clearly hasn't been decorated since. No hair dryer - you can ask for Kettle. Does have small fridge. Breakfast - didn't eat there - but people were picking up meats etc with their fingers. No staff in room to monitor."

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it. The hotel is impeccably clean. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the balcony, the air conditioning which worked perfectly, as well as the presence of a small fridge, which was very practical and truly appreciated. The location is truly ideal, right in the center and only a few minutes from the bus stop. It is very convenient and everything is easily accessible. The breakfasts were excellent, with plenty of choices and a nice variety from one day to the next. The staff was also lovely, very attentive, and always available. All the receptionists were very kind, but I would especially like to thank @Maya and above all @Luciano. When my dog fell ill during my stay, Luciano was a huge help to me. For several nights, he was extremely responsive and available. He helped me contact veterinary clinics, explain the situation to them, and order taxis when necessary. His responsiveness allowed us to act quickly, without wasting time in moments when every minute counted. In those particularly difficult moments, being able to count on someone so available, kind, and caring was extremely valuable to me. It is a kindness I will never forget. If I return to Ibiza, I will stay at this hotel again without hesitation."
