"We stayed here for three nights on a girls’ trip to Ibiza and overall I’d rate it 3/5.
The biggest positive was the cleanliness. Our double room was spotless every day, and the hotel itself always smelled lovely, so no complaints there at all. The bed was comfortable enough too, although we did keep forgetting that the headboard was actually a hard wall rather than a cushioned one and managed to bang our heads on it more than once!
The room had clearly been renovated recently, but it felt like the finishing touches hadn’t quite been completed. There were marks left on the walls, the grouting in the shower looked unfinished, and the air conditioning was very loud.
The room was also quite small and lacked storage. There was only a tiny shelf in the bathroom with hardly any space for toiletries, no luggage rack, so we ended up living out of our suitcases on the floor, and surprisingly there wasn’t a single drawer anywhere in the room—not even in the bedside tables. I’ve never stayed somewhere without at least one drawer before, so it did make getting ready a bit inconvenient.
The pool area was actually much bigger than the photos suggest and looked really nice, although we spent most of our holiday exploring the island so didn’t use it enough to comment further.
When we arrived, we couldn’t find anywhere in hotel serving food, so we ended up having pizza and fries from the pool bar that had been sitting under a heat lamp. It wasn’t the best meal, but we were just glad to get something to eat after travelling.
We didn’t have much interaction with the staff during our stay. One member of reception was really helpful and recommended the water taxi about five minutes away, which worked well (just remember to take cash). However, when we checked in we weren’t given any information about things like breakfast times or other hotel facilities, which would have been useful. We really noticed lack of bins in main hotel area only one I noticed round pool which needs improving as it will get busier.
The location was okay. Getting a taxi during peak times was difficult, but that’s fairly typical in Ibiza during the busy season rather than being the hotel’s fault.
One thing worth mentioning is that there were still a lot of renovation works taking place while we were there, and the noise could be quite disruptive at times.
Overall, I would stay here again if I found a good deal. We only really used the hotel as a base for getting ready and sleeping, as we spent most of our time out exploring Ibiza. If the renovation work is completed and a few of the room details are improved, I think this hotel has the potential to be much better."
