"Just come back from a week long family holiday and we had the absolute best time! Located within walking distance of bars and shops for if you fancy a wander around. Approx 15 minutes walk from the beach however you have to navigate a lot of steps up and down. First impressions of the hotel were that it was clean and modern, staff throughout at every interaction were fantastic. I had to report that someone had kindly vomited in the loft and they dealt with that like the building was on fire it was incredibly impressive. The room. I wont lie when I first went in the room my first impression wasnt great its a bit run down and in need of a freshen up but its the end if the season and I imagine it's probably just had its share of people in and out. It literally was just the paint work needed freshened up as was very scuffed and chipped, and the toilet seat needs replaced and theres marks where the lid hits the seat. It was however incredibly clean and the standard of clean every day more than made up for the scuffed paint. One of my balcony chairs had a crack and was replaced straight away also. The food. All inclusive are always such personal things nobody goes to an all inclusive and expects fine dining and if you do then maybe you need to reevaluate. Personally I found the food to be fresh, good quality and tasty. There was enough variety that I had different things every meal, I however have a varied palette. My beige kids again managed to eat every meal their diet wasn't as varied however but thats ok too. I have never seen so many ways to cook carrots though and I am definitely going to recreate that! The only thing that let food down for me were the people at the buffet who were rude and would literally lean over you to get something. There was a few times it was just very chaotic and one time we had to leave as we couldn't get a table and I got too frustrated by everything. I would have loved it if the app displayed the menu theme each night so you could decide whether it was a night you would like or one where you would rather go out. The pools were great and zero issues getting sunbeds anytime we went, main pools were clean but did get very full with people escaping the sun. I love the fact that there were sunbeds designed for disabled access and there was even a chair for entering and leaving the water. The accessibility of the hotel seemed very impressive, even tbe dining area had seating reserved for accessibility, bravo! The entertainment was ok again its all inc you dont expect Broadway shows. The cocktails were strong and the 24 hour all inc was an amazing feature! All in all we would return and have already short listed it for our next holiday but 10 days this time 😊"

"where do i start! we arrived late (22.30) no food left for us even though all inclusive. told there will be sandwiches for all in the lobby bar at 23.00, OK but 30 packs of sandwiches all tuna and mayo. 2 of us don't eat fish 1 no mayo so complained (not a good start) so they begrudgingly made some ham and cheese on stale bread. went to bed hungry. room very spacious and very comfortable beds, but in 14 day holiday the floor was never cleaned and bathroom wasn't for at least 2 days. bath towels were disgusting, frayed edges and so threadbare you could nearly see through them. we came back from a day out to find bathroom not cleaned and 1 bed only with a fitted sheet which had marks on it, no top sheet. so phoned reception and was told no staff will have to wait till tomorrow till i said not sleeping on an unmade bed. they sent someone whilst we were out for the evening and when we returned at 23.00 they had sort of cleaned the bathroom and changed the fitted sheet but still no top sheet. when we phoned told it had all been done which i told them no and we would sort ourselves and would complain in the morning which we did to the Jet2 rep who advised we would get a deep clean to both our room and the daughters room. which apparently consists of a bed change !!! rooms need updating and maintenance, balcony doors dont shut properly, closet door sticks, bathroom door is rotting at the bottom and the aircon is asthmatic at best. the food... plentiful and edible but they have found a way to take the flavour out of it so even the eggs taste of nothing. very little variation but always options. strange tit bit, they never seem to put cheese and crackers out on the same day, its 1 or the other (odd) if you are disabled they have 4 tables nearest the food which is a nice touch but, dinner and evening meal they shut the nearby drinks machines so drinks are at the far ends of the room. also the staff are rude to the English i noted 1 member of staff almost ran at us to move us from table till we waved walking stick at her, but she never bothered the Spanish family sitting there with no disabled members. handy location and beautiful landscaping but if you have a hire car parking at a premium. pool, daughter loved it as she could just walk as nice and warm, but pools not big enough for the size of the hotel, advertising photos make them look bigger. there are many tiles missing from the floor of the bigger pool so be careful. plenty of sunbeds and they dont open the pool area till 08.45ish so no getting up at stupid o'clock, but many broken beds, parasols and bases. if you are disabled like us they have an area just for you near the lift into the pool, but same beds so not easy to get up off and they are the furthest from any amenities (poor). activities, day time very samey little variation and the entertainment at night is the poorest i have ever seen at a 4 star. they do put a singer/musician in the lobby bar as well which we found to be better option. the best was a rock band on the last Saturday we were there which was a tribute band to a big Spanish band, it was amazing but we only got that as it was a treat for the staff we just happened to be there. even when we went to check out there is a desk dedicated to check out so i stood there patiently and the woman behind the desk rudely gesticulated and snapped i'm busy go there pointing to another desk. i did note some guests get a goody bag when they check out, not us (surprise, surprise) bar staff were very friendly but also note all inclusive stops at 23.30 although bar stays open and limit of 2 drinks each. my opinion struggle to be 3star, is worst 4 star i have been to so far. would definately will not be going back."
