"Lovely location,rooms could do with a lick of paint on the whole walls not just touch up sploshes! Rooms could do with some drawers,shower head very low,husband is just over 6ft and couldnt fit under it,food ok most of time,sometimes cold and repetitive.noisy children in private apartments next door connected to the hotel,separated by small hedge,quiet apart from that!staff lovely and helpful,pool area great,no towels are allowed untill 9am,which is great,we visited the Irish bar up at shopping center 2 mins away for lovely roast dinner and the steakhouse aswell,well worth a trip."

"Had an Amazing time, stayed 7 days but should have booked 10 or more. The food was wonderful, the buffet changed each day of the week & so many opinions to choose from, best calamari of life!!! Everyone was so friendly, employees & guests alike. Very safe, no worries at all. Your money goes a long way! Such great value here. Will definitely be coming back!"

"Place lacked basic facilities including no shower area or changing room for guests to prepare to leave for airport after they check out . No charging ports for phones in reception. Lack of staff to run busy pool bar leading to regular long waits for service . I’ll be honest wee bit Faulty Towers at times if you understand my humour . Hotel very clean including rooms . Food choice and quality was a wee bit disappointing considering the hotels H10 branding . From speaking to other guests the hotel chain offers better quality in different islands . All in all a good stay weather was amazing but hotel and trip through jet 2 was expensive for what we paid there believe . Also to note was the total calamity both in and out of Las Palmas airport passport control . Be prepared for 2/3 hr lines as people especially with Irish passports struggle to get through electric kiosk only to be stamped by single police man anyways once through it . O yes and families with children under 12 or 18 have to be separated into different . Still can’t quite understand why that is . It just added to the total calamity and heated arguments between holiday makers , staff , police and jet 2 customer services . It would actually put me off returning ."
