"I decided to get some winter sun and checked all the Canary Islands. Came upon this hotel and booked a week. I had all inclusive and stayed in a lovely, large suite with a spacious balcony. The suite and the other areas in the hotel were spotlessly clean. The only thing I found awkward in the suite was the way the bedroom curtains were attached at the wrong end in my view. You had to pull the curtains all the way from the other end to open the sliding door to the balcony. That's why I mainly used the living room door to the balcony. There were two sun loungers, a table and two chairs. Lots of room. I felt l lived like a queen for a week. Oh, I opened the parasol on the balcony once on my last full day. It was quite heavy to operate, and I could not fully close it back. So that's another little niggle. I wasn't very good at operating it. The safe in the room costs €3 per day. I took that option to store my passports and my home keys. Both the door of the suite and the safe open with a small key card attached to your wristband. And it really is waterproof! No problem opening either after having spent time in the pool. Very handy! The suite had a mini fridge, which was good if you wanted to buy something needing cold storage. It was very good to have it when I got a birthday surprise of a bottle of Cava and a cake. I could not finish them in one go. There was a tv in both rooms. Programmes from Spain, France, Germany and UK. Wifi worked perfectly. I liked the selection of food in the restaurants. I can't comment on the hot breakfast food selection, as I had rolls, cheeses, Spanish meats and lots of fruit. I loved the crusty rolls. There were lots of healthy options. It would have been nice to have cold milk to add to coffee. I usually had white coffee from the machine. It wasn't very white. Good, though. I once tried the option "coffee with milk", but that tasted a bit sweet. The pool bar where you could get lunch and also snacks in between meals (snacks meaning lots of cheeses, fruit etc.) was nice. I often had stews at lunch, and everything tasted lovely. And I can't remember when I've eaten so much fruit, as I had fruit for afters after every meal. The staff in the hotel are absolutely lovely! You could not fault any of them. I can't put any names forward I'm afraid, but they were all brilliant! In the restaurants, they kept clearing used plates and cutlery quickly, but everybody always had a smile on their face. They always made you feel welcome. I can't praise them highly enough. I hope to return soon."

"We have just got back from a fabulous few days away. The hotel is new and so lovely. The staff are so friendly helpful. Location perfect 15 - 20 minute walk to the beach and bars 5-10 minutes for the Main Street and shops. The rooms are lovely and they go the extra mile. The main pool was very cold in January but the salt water pool was lovely, plenty to do on site, aqua aerobics, yoga, pool etc. It was my birthday while I was there and they left a note and a bottle in our room. Thank you for making our trip xtra special."

"The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, efficient and happy. They truly are a credit to the hotel and what sets this hotel apart from others. Facilities were new and extremely well maintained. The heated pool is a winner for children and entertainment is well planned out. Food was great with a good selection of meals and the fruit was fresh and abundant."
