"The hotel is in an excellent location a short walk to the beach and great supermarket next door. Bus outside and over the road so easy to get to Tarragona, Cambrils, etc. Staff on reception friendly and very helpful. Restaurant staff I would not say the same. Maybe because it was their last week. They seemed sullen and not very happy. The reaction to the French was very different. The entertainment staff were great too. We enjoyed the entertainment every night and the bingo. Unfortunately we didn't win the million euros! Food was good with good selection but not hot. We used the microwave to heat the food even at 7.45 am the food was cold. The scrambled egg was hot as it was contained. The room we paid the upgrade was good. Cleaning hit and miss. Overall I have stayed in a few h10's in lanzarote, tenerife, etc. This definitely does not meet their usual standard."

"We stayed for 7 nights half board. On the whole a fantastic week in the sun The hotel is located just a short walk away from the beach front. There are several supermarkets around it which are also very handy. The hotel is very well presented upon arrival, the reception area is modern and stylish. The lifts (3 in total) were never a lengthy wait. We had lengthy wait from arriving at 10am and our room wasn't ready until 3pm. There was a secure luggage store in the lobby area. Our room was a twin room pool view. I'd definitely recommend the pool view as front rooms experience the road noise as well as the club noise over the road. The room was spacious enough and clean. The balcony was spacious and private. My feedback for the hotel management to consider is: 1. To refurb the bathroom to a higher standard as they are outdated 2. To revamp the rooms by adding more plug sockets. We had one socket to use in the room and one in bathroom. Not ideal in this day and age and teen tech charging requirements The reception staff are lovely. The dining room staff were nice enough but at times I felt like I got a scowl or two! The cleaners work hard too. Enjoy your break as the season ends! The food was ok - we found it difficult to find something to eat most nights. Breakfast was standard as in most Spanish hotels. The only comment I would say is everything was cold even upon opening time. The pool bar was open daily. Reasonably priced too as was the piano bar. The waiters are great and friendly. The pool area is nice enough, there seemed to be plenty of sunbeds but we were there last week of the season. At times, it did get crowded with sunbeds where everyone is trying to get the best sun spot. There wasn't much daytime entertainment just music by the pool. Maybe there is more during the height of the season. Nighttime entertainment was varied and depends on your taste. Bruno Mars, rock band, Tahiti show and Disney were our faves There was plenty going on for Halloween in the area too with Salouween being a fantastic experience for us. However the hotel doesn't advertise this and when we asked what was happening on the front we were told it was a market and not to be too concerned about it as it was only on at the weekends. We ventured down on Halloween night and it was amazing! Pleased we did. Overall a lovely week, would have been fantastic with just a couple of improvements which I hope the team take on board which would draw us back in the future."

"Hotel ok but food not too good, staff lovely but half board not very good, had to even pay for water with your evening meal, pools were cold but jacuzzi was warm, I personally wouldn’t go back even though the location is perfect especially if you have mobility issues"
