"Central hotel in the heart of everything! The facade of the hotel is beautiful and blends in with the area’s architecture, giving it a luxurious feel, but inside this hotel has seen better days and the service could use some improvement. Rooms: We took 2 rooms with hallway between them. Spacious rooms, but furniture is outdated. Bathrooms are marble which is very nice, the sink area is very small, very little vanity room for cosmetics, etc. Restaurant: Great food and good service. In the morning it is very busy and the service is a bit disorganised and agitated, causing delays. Cleaning: The rooms were clean when we arrived but were not cleaned consistently. Either not cleaned thoroughly, or only partially turned in, in the evening, something was off with the cleaning staff. Reception: All and all, nice and helpful. Our rooms’ keys kept locking us out so we had to take repeated trips to reception. Last time, one of the managers at reception successfully fixed the issue for the rest of our stay. Parking: 44 EUR a day…I guess this is standard for the city. To sum up: This is a good, solid choice hotel for families. It is not a luxury hotel and truthfully it was priced lower compared to other luxury hotels, which hints that this may be the compromise. With that in mind, would recommend it."

"I have been to Prague 5 times already, and this hotel was the best we stayed in. Located conveniently in the center of town, adjacent to the Obecni Dum and the gun powder tower, it is very luxurious. We had a big room, very modern and clean, with a bath tub (we love bath tubs). We did not dine at the hotel, so I can't comment on the breakfast. The staff was soooo friendly and service minded, we really admired these people who did their best to make our stay wonderful. Honestly, they were all so nice and welcoming, for example Akbar, who offered us help and information whenever we approached him, but he was not alone - the entire team is remarkable! I am sorry I did not take your names, you all deserve good words personally. Thank you!!! we look forward to returning again."
