"First-class hotel for B&B, extremely efficient with an army of workers. Rooms very clean indeed. Physically near to everything a tourist needs: great beaches, promenades, tat-shops through to very upmarket/expensive. Fortunately our baggage allowance restricted our shopping. Ask for a taxi at reception, they order online and it's there in two minutes!"

"Went for 7 nights with my 9 year old. It was half term and the hotel was incredibly busy - not really my cup of tea, but my kid loved it. Pros: hotel rooms are clean and we had a nice view of the mountains and the sea. The food: there was a large selection at the buffet but it was fairly low quality - what you'd expect from a 3*. They don't serve brewed coffee only nescafe from machine. My main criticism of the place is that the dining room is incredibly noisy and busy - a very unrelaxing place to eat. Sound of chairs scraping on the floor (could be remedied by putting pads on the feet of them?). This hotel really needs to provide some quiet spaces for older people and for noise sensitive guests. Pools are not heated. Otherwise no complaints, it is what it is. Cleaning staff are lovely, and massive shout out to the serving staff in general - they dealt with strong accents from all over the British Isles so well!"
