"Staff don't understand English, and just say not in stock instead of asking for translation. The bar serves several at the same time so your waiting there with half your drink done for 15 mins. Rude. Nice weather though. Also no system for food. Its chaos, noone knows what there doing. Manager needs a reminder of his job."

"Had a great 7 night stay. But a few negatives first. Disappointed to find no coffee machine or bathrobes unless you rent them! Never experienced this in any other 4 star hotel. Also, a suggestion for the bathroom - a magnifying mirror on the wall would be very useful. However, we loved our stay here - the room is big and very clean, and staff all friendly and helpful. Dining room is spacious and the food is good, plenty of choice for us. Gazpacho is delicious! And it’s very good to use coffee machines at breakfast, lunch AND dinner. It was enjoyable to be among all the Spanish/Portuguese voices and the well behaved children, even though we only speak a little Spanish. We also really enjoyed watching the World Cup final with the Spanish fans! We were also really pleased to find that sun loungers were not booked with towels in the morning, it was easy to get a sun lounger after breakfast. Well done to the hotel for this. We had a relaxing holiday and would definitely return."

"A wonderful hotel stay from start to finish. The property is clean, grand, and stylish, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff are excellent—warm, caring, and always ready to help with anything. The location is superb, with beach-view rooms and just a short walk to the shore. The Mediterranean food is also very good, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommended!"
