"Really good hotel right on the beach with an excellent pool area and poolside bar really clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Room was great overlooking the beach and pool. Restaurant very good all good."

"The hotel was literally full of single men mainly golfers, they seemed incapable of talking and insisted on shouting, singing and clapping loudly which made it impossible to have a nice relaxing meal, for our last 3 days there was no pepper available in the dining room! The food was decent for the money but unless you had a hire car apart from one small bar there is nowhere else to eat, if you are fit it is at least a 35 minute walk to the boulevard. Our room was clean and well serviced apart from the fact that strangely for a 4 star hotel there was no kettle in there, our balcony smelt of either cannabis or cigarette smoke but had great views. We had to vacate our room by 12 noon on our last day despite not being picked up until 9.30 pm, we had to kill 9 hours without being able to use the outside areas as they turned off our room key which meant that pettily we had no wifi, in conclusion if you want a quiet relaxing break go elsewhere but if you want a noisy time surrounded by single Irishmen then it's the place for you."

"I stayed for three nights and overall found the hotel comfortable, but the experience fell short of what I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. The positives first. The rooms are comfortable, clean and perfectly pleasant, and the breakfast is excellent with a very good choice. However, breakfast is only available from 8am to 10am, which feels quite restrictive for a resort hotel, particularly for guests leaving early for golf, flights or excursions. The main disappointment was the lack of basic guest convenience. There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the rooms and no way to get a coffee before 8am. There is one vending machine with water and a small selection of chocolate, but the card payment facility was out of order during our stay. The room has a small fridge, but apart from two small 33cl bottles of water provided on arrival, it is empty. The water is not replenished if you are staying more than one night, which seems a little mean for a 4-star hotel. We also found the bar prices quite expensive by Spanish standards, while the spirit measures seemed more comparable to what you might expect in the UK. Finally, the reception staff could have been considerably warmer and more helpful. None of these issues individually would be a major problem, but taken together they give the impression of a hotel that provides comfortable accommodation while overlooking some fairly basic aspects of hospitality. In summary: comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast, but service, convenience and value could all be improved. It is a decent hotel, but in our experience it did not quite deliver the overall standard we would expect from a 4-star property."
