"The bathroom has no sink. The sink is in the bedroom and close to the bed. This design feature does not seem to be specified in the room amenities. Hotel staff claim that people do not complain about this feature. This sink would be better used as a space to put your cases or a desk. Also shower/toilet room door is translucent so the light from the bathroom keeps others up at night. Bathroom only has a shower unless you book a family room. The pool is smaller than what appears in the photos."

"We stayed at this hotel for one week with our family and friends. Overall, there were several positive aspects, especially the location, food, and staff, but unfortunately, the hotel also has some significant drawbacks that made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. What we liked Location: The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the beach. Sunbeds cost €8 per person, but there is also a free beach area. Beach towels can be borrowed from the hotel. The beach itself is well maintained, although the entrance into the sea is quite abrupt, so I would not recommend it for people who are not confident swimmers. Staff: The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in: Check-in was quick and smooth. Food: We had half board, including breakfast and dinner. The food was tasty and varied, with plenty of typical Spanish dishes. Rooftop: The adults-only rooftop on the 8th floor is a nice feature, with a jacuzzi, sunbeds, and comfortable baldachins where you can relax and enjoy the view. Pool area: The pool area is nicely maintained. Views: The seafront rooms offer a beautiful view. Cleanliness: Overall, cleanliness was decent, and some of the towels were changed daily. What could be improved The biggest issue is that the photos on Booking.com (and even on Tripadvisor) are somewhat deceiving. The hotel looks considerably more modern and spacious in the pictures than it actually is. In reality, the property, including the facade, is quite outdated and clearly needs renovation, particularly the furniture. We stayed in a seafront twin room, which unfortunately felt too small for two people. There was no proper space for storing luggage, so we had to keep our suitcases on the floor. The wardrobe was also very small and could barely accommodate around 12 items of clothing. The room layout was, in my opinion, the biggest problem. The sink is located directly at the entrance to the room, offering practically no privacy. Even more uncomfortable, the bathroom is separated from the sleeping area by a see-through glass window located right next to the bed. We found this layout quite unpleasant and not what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. The balcony is small, although the view is lovely. Unfortunately, the balconies are separated by only a thin wall/plexiglass partition, so you can hear your neighbours very clearly. Cigarette smoke also easily enters the room from neighbouring balconies. This seriously affected our sleep, especially when other guests were talking loudly until 4 a.m. Even with the balcony doors and windows closed, the noise was clearly audible. Noise is a major issue at this hotel. A train passes directly in front of the hotel approximately every 30 minutes, starting early in the morning. In addition, around 7 a.m., the cleaning staff start moving and adjusting the sunbeds around the pool, while the garbage collection also creates considerable noise. So, unfortunately, there is very little peace and quiet in the morning. For this reason, I would not consider this hotel a particularly relaxing choice. The restaurant also feels more like a canteen than a 4-star hotel restaurant, mainly because of the outdated furniture and overall design. Another disappointment is the view: while eating, you can see the swimming pool area. For a 4-star hotel, we would have preferred a more pleasant and relaxing dining environment. Overall The hotel has some genuine strengths: a convenient location, friendly staff, good food, a nice rooftop area, a well-maintained pool, and beautiful seafront views. However, the outdated condition of the hotel, uncomfortable room layout, lack of privacy, poor sound isolation, and constant noise significantly affected our experience. If the hotel were renovated and the rooms and soundproofing were improved, it could be a much better place to stay. At present, however, I would not choose it again if I were looking for a quiet and relaxing seaside holiday."

"We booked three rooms. One couple in our trip left the hotel due to poor aircon (no aircon). I booked this hotel for the gym - which was out of order and poor quality with an additional daily charge that wasn’t advertised. It had 1990s equipment that was out of order and only had two sets of small old DBs. See photos of advert and reality. I had to pay to walk to another gym every day. My friends left the hotel, breakfast was average and service was sporadic. Our friends were not treated well when they asked for a refund and left the hotel as one was heavily pregnant with no aircon. Activities and adverts do not match reality. Short walk from town so we ate out as much as possible and spent the days on the beach rather than the crowded pool."
