"The quality of this hotel is very low. Instead of three stars, it should be a hotel of three big disappointments. First of all, the rooms on the first floor, one of which they assigned to me, are small, very cold, old, and with nicks and cracks everywhere. On the other hand, the food is very unvaried, repetitive, and of poor quality; for example, they only put out one spoon dish: the soups and purees with a taste of those from packets that was off-putting. Finally, you would ask the girls at the front desk some questions and they would completely ignore you. Because of all this, this hotel will be erased from my future options in this vacation paradise that is Benidorm."

"We have always liked the place, but this time we got a mediocre and run-down room, the air conditioning did not work at night, we had to buy a fan at a stall and the buffet has lost a lot over these years, the attention of the staff both at reception and cleaning was impeccable but the room was falling apart and the buffet was simple and repetitive, however the quality of the food was very good, next year we will travel with our one-year-old daughter to Benidorm, we do not know whether to take a chance on a new hotel or stay in this one that we know"
