"What can I say….
An amazing hotel and I don’t feel that’s an exaggeration!
From the moment we arrived the front of house staff were approachable and polite offering a very quick check in. Through the holiday anything you needed or questions were answered and dealt with straight away.
We entered our room and were astounded. The room was amazing and extremely clean.
Everything had been thought of including having bottled water left daily a tea and coffee station and fridge.
We even had a bottle of Prosecco in an ice bucket in our room as a gift on the day of my birthday. Apparently this is something that is automatically done for celebrations.
A free safe is available and is very easy to set up.
The room is very light and airy with plenty of room to move around.
The beds were superking size. They’re extremely comfortable, I can honestly say this was the most comfortable bed we’ve stayed in while on holiday.
The double wardrobe has hanging and shelves which is plenty of room for a couple. They even have two sets of slippers inside! And depending on your room you have robes each!
The bathroom be lovely.
A large shower with products that are lovely smelling plus travel items like toothbrush and paste make up wipes etc left.
Two large pool towels are in the room they’re nice and thick.
The balcony is a wraparound style with seating and sun loungers. It doesn’t matter which side of the hotel you stay you still have a lovely view.
The noise outside doesn’t matter you can’t hear anything when the doors are closed especially on a night or through the night which is brilliant.
We had breakfast included in our stay and we weren’t disappointed.
A lovely selection of fresh fruit, cereals and cooked foods are available. The hot drinks are also very nice along with fresh juice.
The bar room has plenty of seating so we never found it a problem to get a seat.
The outside pool area is over two floors. At the very top are sun loungers, chairs and a large Jacuzzi which we found very warm and relaxing.
The next level down has a pool with sun loungers then down a couple of steps are tables and chairs and a bar area which has music playing.
The area felt relaxing and had a great atmosphere.
Although the area is small we didn’t have a problem getting a chair and small table to relax if all the beds had gone. Some people do put towels on the beds and go off which is annoying but this happens everywhere. I also noticed they have a stair lift in the Bar/Pool area which I can’t say I’ve ever seen before.
The location is also good, Talk of the Town is a few meters away, Sinatras a couple of doors away and Philippines 10 is just around the corner, they all offer good evening entertainment which changes every hour.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one including family."
