Avenida Apartments

"Hi we found these apartments very well situated . Reception staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Apartments were good bit outdated . We stayed in 508 balcony was huge . Separate kitchen with everything in it you would need . Bathroom had bath with overhead shower which we found good . Was 2 of us and we always had hot water . Living room was big with a sofa bed in it . Bedroom was big with plenty of storage space . Towels were great and plenty of them . Housekeeping not so good . I had to ring reception up on day 9 to ask for beds to be changed . Reception looked at check list and said it was done yesterday, I replied I can assure you the beds were not . Within 5 minutes staff were up and changed them . Must have got a telling off as the came in 2 days later to change them again . And the the next day . We were there for 13 nights . We had use of the hotel across the street which had a roof top pool and jacuzzi. It also had a sauna but cos of the time of year it was closed . So was the pool bar . But as the weather was nice and sunbeds busy it would have been nice not to have gone from level 6 to level one for a drink . Overall I would stay at these apartments again . I would just remind housekeeping in first wk to change my bedding ."

"Staying here now. The only down fall is we look out to a court yard but after reading reviews of the noise from street really happy that we have a court yard . If you wanted a better hotel just move. Couldnt of paid that much because we didnt."

"Dated rooms I wouldn’t let my pets stay her there no room for a family of 5 never come back again. The picture looks lovely and big till you walk I room was on the back and it was very noisy you can hear everything in the hotel I wouldn’t waste ya money on this hotel"
