"I have booked into the hotel as my flight back to the UK has been cancelled. The staff were polite and very helpful on arrival. I paid 199 euros for my room including breakfast. Unfortunately I can’t really call it a room it is approximately 6 foot by 11 foot with a small shower room. There is no air conditioning or fan so extremely hot and there are no facilities ( tea/ coffee). Given the price I would have expected to get a lot more, or at least the basics"

"Was there for 7 nights All Inclusive. Had a superior room with balcony. Fabulous hotel. Everyone, whether reception, dining, cleaning were most helpful and extremely welcoming. Room was good, beds comfortable, great sea view. Cleaned daily to a good standard. Meals were more than adequate for us, good choice, never big queues. Nice pool. Had a problem in 2nd day with the cold water tap not working. Repaired immediately. Minor gripe for us was we do All Inclusive because we spend time out of the hotels we book, so we may miss lunch therefore there's snacks available all day and we can have a late lunch. Also we like the convenience of snacks available on tap. However, here snacks, Ice creams etc were available only for a very limited time, so for us, it wasn't a a true All Inclusive, more an add on. If that doesn't bother you, then this hotel will be perfect for you. For us, that's a down mark. Overall though, yes a little tired and dated in parts, but a great hotel. We recommend."
