"We stayed here for 4 days. The rooms are comfortable but a little dated. Nice Molton Brown Products in bathroom. The walk in wardrobe was cute. We found it very expensive - 12 euro for a bottle of water. The breakfast was really lovely. Staff helpful. Pool was lovely but many children playing. The pool side food was really good. Would we come back? Probably not, but a lovely few days."

"From arrival to departure, everything about this hotel was faultless. The setting is elegant old world charm, the staff attentive and genuinely warm, and there's a real sense of history in the walls the moment you step into the lobby. The rooms are dated but fit the grandeur of the hotel, are spacious and immaculately kept, with lovely views and every comfort you'd hope for. Breakfast was generous and beautifully presented, and the gardens and pool area made for the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring Estoril and nearby Cascais. Film buffs will appreciate that the Palácio has genuine cinematic pedigree — it served as a filming location for the James Bond film *On Her Majesty's Secret Service*, and Ian Fleming himself is said to have stayed here, drawing inspiration for *Casino Royale*. That touch of 007 glamour still lingers, and it only adds to the charm. A special mention to the service throughout, which was polished and discreet in the best possible way. We wouldn't hesitate to return, and can recommend the Palácio wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a base on the Portuguese Riviera."

"Beautiful luxurious hotel. My Mum has been coming here for 23 years! The staff are like family. Particular shout out to the amazing Marta and Carnen at Breakfast. Nothing is to much trouble. Also to Marco who is so helpful and friendly. We can't thank you all enough. You are a credit to the hotel. Everything has been wonderful, it's like coming home. Hopefully back again next year!"
