Holiday Inn - the niu Franz Vienna

"Great hotel, good location. The staff is amazing, Andrea and the rest of the guys are doing a really good job to make your stay comfortable. Good selection of breakfast too."

"Such a lovely hotel with really friendly staff. I would 100% stay here again and would definitely recommend to others. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the city centre but I enjoy walking so it was a nice adventure. I did also use the tram directly outside which is easy and cheap and very convenient. The room was great, everything I needed, lovely bathroom and shower, the bed and pillows were perfect, the air con was great, and the room had all the amenities I wanted. It was also very clean and well presented. It was very quiet, I had a great nights sleep despite the fact that the tram line ran right outside the room I didn’t hear anything and wasn’t disturbed by any noise at all. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and for the price it was excellent value. Honestly can’t find any fault with it. The only thing I can’t comment on is the food as I didn’t eat at the hotel."

"We stayed at this hotel in May 2024. Very close to the train station when you arrive from the airport. 20 meters away there is a tram stop that takes you to the center in a short time, and opposite there is a typical brewery that offers an excellent dinner. Very beautiful, modern hotel, varied and abundant breakfast. I recommend it"
