Every team member we encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, treated us not as a guest passing through, but as someone they were sincerely happy to welcome. There was a warmth in every interaction, a sense that they cared about how my day was going, whether I needed anything, and how they could make my stay even better. This goes especially at our breakfast interactions where Lahcen and Nour-Eddine went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were part of their family. We loved that they made sure we experienced all that was local to Morocco which is exactly what we had asked for and they delivered with more than what we could even imagine. Small gestures made the biggest impact: remembering my preferences, greeting me by name, checking in thoughtfully without being intrusive. It didn’t feel scripted — it felt natural, intuitive, and heartfelt. By the end of my stay, I didn’t feel like I was checking out of a hotel. I felt like I was saying goodbye to people who had taken care of me like family. That is a rare thing at hotels these days which is what will bring us back and tell all of our friends and family to add to their must visit location. If you’re looking for more than just a beautiful place to stay, if you’re looking for hospitality that feels human, the Park Hyatt Marrakech sets the standard."

"We had a very nice stay. The rooms are very large and modern. The pools, bars and restaurants were all very welcoming and well cared for. The only complaint is that this hotel is not for you if you want to be near town. It is 20 min away which I did not realize and should have researched."
