NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa

"My brother and I had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa. From the beautiful modern interiors to the outstanding hospitality, everything was wonderful. The amazing staff made our visit especially memorable. A special thank you to the gentleman who checked us in, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. He had brown hair and mentioned previously living in the UK, near Gloucestershire. We enjoyed chatting with him, especially about football! He was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, recommending restaurants in Murano, explaining the public water transport—including night services—and suggesting a useful app for exploring Venice. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection was fantastic, particularly the variety of cured meats. As someone born in Italy, I especially appreciated the coppa, my favourite! Thank you also to the lovely lady at breakfast with dark brown hair and thick black glasses. She greeted us warmly each morning and remembered both our coffee orders after hearing them just once—a thoughtful touch that made breakfast even more special. We also loved the spa facilities, whose intimate atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. Many thanks to Elisabetta, who gave my brother and me wonderful full-body Swedish massages. Her warm, positive energy left us feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The location is another major advantage. Murano is beautiful and has excellent nearby restaurants, including Acquastanca and Acqua Santa. We loved enjoying the island’s peaceful charm while remaining within easy reach of central Venice. It truly offers the best of both worlds, and we would choose Murano over central Venice again. Overall, this was a genuinely lovely experience. The hotel and location are excellent, but the wonderful staff truly make it special. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay."

"Perfect location, very quietly situated, and very friendly staff. The rooms are not large, but most of the time you are out and about anyway. There are many good and inexpensive restaurants nearby, and the Vaporetto station is 200m from the hotel. Wi-Fi is slow and there are only 3 German TV channels☺️"

"I am writing this review for Maria who gave me a massage. She is very good with balancing the pressure. As for the hotel, reception personnel are very nice, breakfast is plentiful, beautiful arts. But what could have made me put 3.5 stars what having to repeat 3 times that the shower drain was blocked to 2 receptionist and one maintenance staff even when I showed how disgusting it was (I had to remove the hair mixed with mucus from previous guests). After telling the staff, the shower kept clogging and we had to shower with dirty water. It was our 10th year wedding anniversary so it was pretty disappointing just for that part. We got no compensation but I hope they read this and at least be more thorough if they can’t fix it or if it’s a Murano issue which I think isn’t."
