"We had the best time at this hotel with our family! The interior is modern, stylish, and beautiful. The staff, especially the breakfast servers, were genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming. The food was excellent, too! The location is very convenient, just a 6-minute walk from the central train station, with an Aldi supermarket right next to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!"

"Place is kind of run down. Half of their elevators don’t even work so it can take 20+ minutes to go up and down 3 floors. You can’t access the stairs to go up (only down) from the lobby so you’re just stuck. We’ve had multiple experiences where it’s so congested that the elevator just skips our floor, or when it finally shows up after 10 minutes it’s so full that you have to push the button and wait again. It’s a pricey hotel but they can’t even invest in basic maintenance. We also put up our dnd sign on the door, we’re on our honeymoon and just want privacy. We got a passive aggressive note slid under the door after our first night saying that management has the right to inspect the room every 24 hours if we don’t want housekeeping. We just wanted time alone and to enjoy our trip, instead were treated like we’re doing something shady for not requesting towels daily."

From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The waiters were attentive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made every breakfast and dining experience particularly enjoyable. Their recommendations, assistance, and willingness to help made our experience in Milan even more enjoyable and stress-free. It is clear that the Hilton Milan has a team that understands that exceptional hospitality is about more than simply providing a service—it is about creating a memorable experience for the guest.
