"Close to the train station, less than a 10-minute walk away, this hotel offers a 24/7 front desk. The room is large, spacious, and clean. The plus side, a magnificent terrace that offers a 360° view of the city. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the sunset. The terrace opens starting at noon. Too bad about the sunrise. The breakfast is good, nothing more. The tables are small and the room is noisy. It is possible to leave your suitcases at the front desk during the day. For those arriving by car, parking is 30 euros for 24 hours."

"The service was very cold; we had flight cancellations due to the Etna eruption, and they were not supportive despite us staying 2 more days. On the third day, they tripled the price of the accommodation despite knowing the problem we had. TERRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM"

"Very good city hotel where nothing was too much trouble, comfortable beds, bathroom was a bit dated but overall, a good room. Staff always were helpful and attentive Worth staying at"
