Holiday Inn Milan Garibaldi Station

"Situated a little far from Duomo Square, but Tram #2 stops exactly opposite and costs 2 Euro. The hotel can call a taxi which costs around 15 to 20 Euro to take you to the center of Milan. The hotel was very clean. The Reception staff was very helpful and kind. The stairs were open, clean and very easy to use and climb. The room was very clean, spaces for our luggage, a little armchair and a chair. Very comfortable bed. There was one window, but only opened 10 centimeters. Bathroom was spotless with plentiful, huge soft towels. Everyday the reception offered guests cool water with lemons and oranges. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, but there were issues with replacing items that ran out."

"I write in Greek so that I can express my experience with rich vocabulary..Warm congratulations for your service. But I would like to emphasize Mr. Nikolaos at the reception, but also Mr. Antonio at breakfast. Indeed their service is at an excellent level professionally but also primarily human! The first day we were at the hotel, I couldn't get my breakfast and Mr. Antonio gladly gave me a box to take something with me that I wanted as well as a one-time glass for coffee. During our stay, Mr. Antonio treats us with a pleasant mood, he is smiling and professional! Mr. Nikolaos at the reception, also expressed his sympathy to all of our group, which really moved us. He is very helpful, with positive energy and very good behavior to all customers 😁 thank you for your impeccable service and for your professionalism. Continue like this."

"We stayed here for 3 nights and chose it mainly due to my IHG membership and its location to the train station , it’s only a short walk to the station which gives you access to the city and also longer journeys Hotel itself was nice and clean , room was spacious and comfortable Breakfast had a very good selection of both hot and cold options , they will also give you a to go breakfast if you ask Staff were friendly and Nicklaus in particular was very helpful. There is a supermarket next door which is very useful Would stay here again"
