"We stayed at this hotel for four nights, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms are old, poorly maintained, and in urgent need of renovation. The shower was tiny and dirty, the air conditioning was very noisy, and there was a strong sewage smell in the room. To make matters worse, the toilet malfunctioned and flooded the entire bathroom. The level of service was equally poor. Even when we checked out, nobody offered to help us with our luggage (10 large and heavy suitcases). Breakfast itself was good, but the dining room was overcrowded and poorly managed, with long waiting times just to get in. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Everything else was far below expectations. This is a three-star hotel at best, certainly not the standard it claims to offer. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel."

"Let’s start with the only good thing, the location. That’s it. Very dated rooms with cramped bathroom smelling constantly of Oder and rust , lots of street noise, air con that can’t be controlled, cold and non welcoming service. No help with our suitcases, over crowded breakfast. No proper lobby to sit, super expensive and horrible value for money . This hotel should be 3 star at max."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights… and unfortunately had almost two sleepless nights. If you value a good night's sleep, never agree to get a connecting room here. We stayed in Room 907 on the 9th floor. The room itself was beautiful, with a balcony and stunning panoramic views over Milan. However, the soundproofing between connecting rooms is almost non-existent. It felt as if the connecting door was made of paper. We could hear every conversation, the TV, and even private moments from the room next door. It was impossible to get a proper night's sleep. The second issue was the air conditioning. It simply didn't cool the room. The temperature stayed at around 23°C, no matter what we set it to. A technician came the next morning but couldn't fix the problem. Interestingly, our friends were staying on the same floor and had the opposite issue—their room was freezing, and they couldn't adjust the temperature either. It seems the air-conditioning system is very inconsistent. Another inconvenience was the parking. If you're traveling in a large vehicle or a minivan, be aware that the hotel garage may not accommodate it. We had to park on another street about a five-minute walk away, which cost €25 per day. One more thing we found odd: the breakfast room was extremely cold because of the air conditioning. So we spent the nights feeling too hot in our room and the mornings feeling too cold at breakfast. The hotel's location is excellent, and most of Milan's main attractions are within walking distance. We also loved the toiletries—the shower gel and shampoo smelled amazing and were of excellent quality. Unfortunately, a good night's sleep is one of our top priorities when choosing a hotel. Because of the noise and the air-conditioning issues, we wouldn't choose to stay here again."
