We’re sure you’ve had a wonderful time on holiday but unfortunately as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. We want to make sure you maintain that holiday feeling and glow, so let’s not undo all that good work and plan for a smooth return

Checking Out When you get home

As well as fantastic memories, we want to make sure you take all your belongings home as well so don’t leave packing to the last minute!

Your hotel will tell you when it’s time to check out of your room. If you want a late check out, it’s probably a good idea to make the request early on as they may have already assigned your room.

If there have been any problems at all during your stay, please make sure that your hotel and/or us have been informed before you return, as its often more difficult to solve or help afterwards.

If you need to check in for your return flight, please do so before you check out of the hotel. If there are entry requirements you need to complete to return to the UK, make sure you have everything ready before you leave the hotel. You can check the requirements here.

When you get home, please don’t forget to leave us your feedback. It’s important to us that you’ve had a wonderful experience and if there are things that we can do better, tell us about them.

If you begin to feel unwell within a few days of returning, please contact your GP. It may or may not have anything to do with your holiday, but if it is we’ll need to understand what has been diagnosed to be able to help.
