Angela Downtown Hotel

"I can only give this hotel two stars, one for the breakfast and the other for the comfy bed. We stayed at this hotel reluctantly because our preferred hotel cancelled the booking with easyJet. We were given no other choice . Bathroom smelt of drains , air con ok but very noisy. Decor tired and dated , needs a serious refurbishment. Didn’t use the pool so can’t comment. The room Was adequate is about all I can say , definitely would not stay here again or recommend it"

"Stayed for a week with Easyjet holidays in a "superior" room. Balcony was too small to use, the view was another building literally feet away which was derelict inside. AC didn't work at all. Bathroom was literally falling apart although the shower worked OK. Towels were threadbare and not changed often enough. Bed was comfortable though. As others have said the pool area is terrible, burst loungers and bean bags. My wife's leg broke out after being in the pool as it was dirty and murky. Also seemed to be over chlorinated. Breakfast was OK I suppose. The toaster was broken and only worked on one slot, and when they took out eggs from the kitchen to put in the food warmers they were freezing cold. Also check out is 11am and there is no secure luggage storage if your flight is in the evening. It just goes in an unattended corridor in the basement so anyone has access to it. Personally I wouldn't go back there."

"Location and breakfast is good. Old hotel, need renevation and also managing. If run to some problems they push it to next one. AC is worst that i never knew. Swimmingpool is not clean, there were same garbages all week. There is no plastic toiletring in your toiletseat… maybe you should look something else…"
