"Location, surroundings: Centrally located city hotel 15 minutes' walk to the old town, 7 minutes to the sea with a fine sandy beach. A beach umbrella and 2 lounge chairs are free of charge at the BIO-HOTEL! Shopping options are immediately accessible. The bus station is easily accessible in about a 20-minute walk. Central bus lines are accessible on the main street in 5 minutes. Hotel: Child-friendly (own bouncy castle) and pleasantly suitable for solo travelers. You can feel safe and comfortable. Lobby, bar, outdoor terrace, pool area. Children's and adult pool: small but clean. Pool towels can be rented (for a deposit). Room (615): Modern, bright with a very good functional shower. You don't need to look for shelf space; the 2 towel hooks are quickly found! Great attention is paid to cleanliness. Kitchenette only rudimentary, but equipped with a large refrigerator. For hot drinks + "snacks," since there is a lack of preparation equipment! Very large balcony. The service room indicator is very practical. This allows for perfectly timed coordination with the friendly room service. Wi-Fi is good. Meals: Good, tasty selection of food. Overall, a very consistent buffet offering. Daily themed buffets (Greek, Asian, Mediterranean, Cretan, Italian, International). With a selection of approx. 22 hot dishes, the approx. 4-6 themed highlights sometimes stand out only very inadequately in terms of taste. The very good dessert and appetizer buffet is worth highlighting! In particular, the selection of cakes is excellent. The drinks have a good selection and are reasonably priced. Regrettably, one cannot spontaneously switch from dinner to the (always offered) small lunch buffet with half-board! (Surcharge: 10.-€). However, for 4.-€, the toast with chips at the bar is recommended! The breakfast buffet is definitely capable of improvement in terms of variety! It offers a delicious selection of freshly baked eggs and pastries. The sausage and cheese selection is limited and is of extraordinary consistency! The coffee in the morning is very good. Safety: The hotel's warning regarding gastrointestinal infections should be taken seriously; an infection convinced me of this quite credibly. Special features: The hotel is very well organized, e.g., dining hall, room cleaning, events. The numerous evening events (music, dance, magic, etc.) with appealing entertainment are worth highlighting. Service: Always very friendly and accommodating! English and German-speaking. Unfortunately, only a few exceptions tarnish the overall impression! Leisure/Activities: The hotel offers many good music, dance, and entertainment evenings of good quality, and everything is very well organized! An outdoor swimming pool with a children's pool and whirlpool. As well as an indoor swimming pool with a spa and a small... Fitness department. Access to the sea is very pleasant. The fine sandy beach makes it easy to get into the water. Since the depth of the water increases only very gradually, it is also very nice as a "standing bath." It is very positive that two lounge chairs + umbrella can be used at the beach by the hotel at no extra charge. The option to order drinks is available. Beach and sea activities. Activities outside: Many shopping opportunities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The old town with its harbor, castle, buildings, museums, and churches is well worth seeing! There are numerous offers for rental cars and bus tours. Miscellaneous: The name: "BIO-SUIT-HOTEL" is unfortunately misleading, as the hotel does not stand out in any particular way as "organic," for example through its food selection or equipment features. The packed lunch: Since we could no longer use the breakfast buffet due to our early departure time, we ordered a packed lunch. Per person, instead of the buffet, we received a used paper bag with: 0.5 l water, 0.25 l juice carton, 1 apple + pear and 1 soft slice of white toast with ham. This is absolutely unworthy of a 4**** hotel! An insult to the guests, as if they wanted to get rid of them!! Especially since after a one-hour transfer time, the 1.5 l of liquids had to be disposed of right at check-in! The hotel should know that too! - A pity -"

"Decent apartments, but definitely not a four-star hotel. The lobby looks nice, but the rooms are quite dated and could use some renovation. The pool is barely used. Most guests are elderly German tourists, with very few younger people around. Something to keep in mind if you're looking for a more lively atmosphere. The biggest disappointment was the food. I had Half Board (breakfast and dinner), and unfortunately, the food quality was well below expectations. The selection was limited, and the coffee was absolutely terrible — after trying it, even cheap 3-in-1 instant coffee will taste like a premium luxury blend. The juices tasted like diluted powder drinks. I wouldn't recommend paying extra for meals or drink packages. The alcohol selection is limited to around five types of wine and one beer. Anything better costs extra. I ended up spending an additional €230 for the week, which felt like a complete waste of money. You're much better off having breakfast and dinner at local cafés and restaurants rather than paying for hotel meals. Housekeeping was also quite superficial. I requested room cleaning three times during the week, and not once did they refill the coffee or tea. It felt like speed mattered more than quality. Overall, the apartments are perfectly fine for a stay, but the service and food don't live up to the advertised four-star rating. My advice: book accommodation only, without meals or additional drink packages. Your money will be much better spent at local restaurants."

"Absolutely wonderful experience in the spa, felt so welcome from start to finish. First I filled the information form, where I could select what my goal and preferences were, then the massage itself and lastly I filled a feedback form. I am staying at Bio Beach hotel and the manager came to my hotel to finalise my appointment, which was greatly appreciated! I had aroma relax massage and facial done expertly by Sandy, who made sure I was very comfortable throughout. What a nice touch. She found all the tender spots easily and eased them up. All I had to do was relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. Facial included massage to lift and improve circulation. Loved also the head massage as I didn’t know that was included. Props from using herb infused almond oil and quality products that suited my skin. Thank you!!"
