Pantheon Studios and Apartments

"We stayed next door at the pantheon view in September, upon arrival we was confused as to where we was stopping either the left building or the right building as there’s no name on either building. We booked with jet2 as the hotel shows stunning views. We was allocated the bottom terrace room even though jet2 claim it is a balcony so our view was not what we thought we was paying for. Location - absolute trek everyday and night to get down to sea front! Me and my partner are 30 fit and healthy and it absolutely killed us. We need a holiday to get over this one. Atmosphere - constant barking day and night from the owners dog! It really spoilt our holiday we couldn’t even sit outside our room without getting annoyed due to the dog. They don’t even tell it to stop barking either. It really is disrespectful how you pay all this money for a relaxing holiday and the owners just let there dog bark constantly throughout the day into the night. Room - very clean very basic and towels changed daily which is nice. Beds are horrendously hard. Food/bar - we booked bed and breakfast thinking we got a cooked breakfast obviously included, nope unfortunately all you get is a choice of two cereals fresh yoghurt and honey tea or coffee. A cooked breakfast is €8 and latte comes at a price too. They have set meals ever night and snacks in the day. Ate there once and didn’t eat there again I’ve had better school dinners, make you’re own mind up. We got the same drinks every day and night which was mythos and a peach schnapps and lemonade. Depending on who serves you the price varies from €11 to €14 we didn’t say anything as we’re not that type of couple but it’s not nice having this done. Kefalos itself - we’re in our 30s and it was absolutely boring for us. Theres about 9 bars and about as many restaurants which all do the same food. Beach isn't that nice either. All in all Kefalos is catered towards OAPs who are happy sat eating the same meals day/night and think it’s an amazing place. There’s no taxis apart from that Ztours which is very odd and the whole place absolutely stinks of weed 24/7 the whole Kefalos area stinks constantly of weed it makes you feel sick. Also make sure to get a shower before 5pm as the hot water runs out"

"An amazing stay – couldn’t recommend it enough! 🇬🇷 Me and my girlfriend Liv had an absolutely amazing stay at the Royal Pantheon View Hotel in Kos. Honestly, one of the best holidays I’ve ever been on, and a massive part of that was the lovely people who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. A special mention has to go to Giannis behind the bar, who is an absolute credit to the hotel. He was one of the friendliest, funniest and most helpful people we’ve met on holiday. His English was fantastic, and I had some brilliant evenings chatting with him over a beer about football and all sorts of other things. He was always happy to help with anything we needed, from arranging transfers to giving us advice on where to go, what to see, what to do and the best ways to get there. He genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great holiday. One of the nicest moments was receiving some Greek honey from Giannis before we left, along with a hug goodbye. Such a lovely gesture, and something we’ll remember for a long time. It really is the little things that make a holiday special, and Giannis made us feel like more than just guests. Poppy was also incredibly helpful and polite, as were his parents and younger brother. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I even got to watch some football with his younger brother, which was a great little memory from the holiday. The hotel itself was lovely. Our room was always clean, the bed was comfortable and I slept well every night. The showers were really nice, and the view was incredible. Waking up to that view was something special. Breakfast was nice and simple, with the option to upgrade to a cooked breakfast for an extra charge, which was a nice touch. We also have to mention Janet and the other lad at the restaurant next door, who were both really lovely and friendly. It was great having such nice people around the hotel and nearby. Overall, me and Liv absolutely loved our stay at the Royal Pantheon View Hotel. The combination of the beautiful views, clean and comfortable rooms, and most importantly the genuinely lovely people made it such a memorable holiday. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special. And Giannis, you’re a top bloke – hope to see you again one day! Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kos. 🇬🇷❤️"

"Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso. La vista su Aghios Stefanos è semplicemente favolosa: un panorama che rende ogni momento ancora più speciale e che difficilmente si dimentica. E poi c'è Janet, la proprietaria, una persona deliziosa, solare e super accogliente, capace di farti sentire subito a casa. The view over Aghios Stefanos is simply breathtaking: a panorama that makes every moment even more special and hard to forget. But what really made our stay unique was Janet, the owner, a lovely, warm and welcoming person who makes you feel at home from the very beginning. Her kindness and genuine care for her guests really make all the difference. A place I would absolutely recommend and where I would happily return!"
