"We have stayed with our kids and friends here and here is my short (up) and long review (below) about it:
Short review - Rating 7/10 - Bad value, this should be 20-25% cheaper for what you get. And I would say its "Partially inclusive", not "all inclusive" - read below
Long review:
We were staying from for 7 nights with our kids (6, 4 and 1) at the beginning of August 2026. We booked a Suite.
CLEANLINESS - 9/10
It was super clean everywhere. The rooms were cleaned properly and sorted out. The restaurant was clean and they changed eveything on time. The pool was clean and maintaned. The beach was clean and swept from sand constantly. The kids club was also clean even if there was something spilled by the kids...
One thing I didnt like is that behind the restaurant (last seats) there was a lot of napkins and food that was forgottent to be cleaned... check picture. It doenst interfere with the restaurant but the sight of it makes it dirty.
FOOD - 7/10
The food was fantastic. Everything fresh and replaced on time. There was different themes and different food every day. Beautiful main course and desserts. But i have to put 7 because of 3 things.
First thing, there is no sparking water in the rastaurant, you have to leave it and go to the bar to get it...
Second thing, there are only SMALL glasses for children (100 ml) for everyone, you have to go 3-4 times to fill in drinks... very inconvinient.
Thing thing, the water from the dispenser tasted strange, it was desalinated sea water... I mean, cmon! All inclusive and you cant provide botteled water!?
BEACH - 8/10
Beautiful Halkidiki beach with clear and worm waters. It was great. It is small sand and the kids love it. There is space for everyone and its not crowded. I put 8 beacause of 2 things
First thing, the sunbeds need a cushion bedding, not pure net. It doesnt match the hotel.
Second thing, only 2 showers that overcrouded sometimes, it need min 4.
And the first row is always taken by older people who wake up at 6:00 :)
ROOM - 4/10
The "Suite" was just a bit larger standard room... Yes it looks modern but that is the only thing about it, everything else is bad.
We got 1 queen bed (180 cm) and 2 small chair beds (60 cm)! Since the children sleep with mom, i had to sleep like a mummy! If i turn I fall over. I slept aproximatly 4-5 hours per night... There is also NO CHOICE for PILLOWS. You get one pillow and thats it. 3 star hotels around Europe have this option but not this luxury one. They also open the balcony door after cleaning the room so the AC doesnt work and they save on electriciy - a cheap move...
Lets compare it to Porto Carras Hotel that is nearby. We are going there for 2 staring years and this year we wanted to try something new.
Standard room in Porto Carras has a King size bed and a 140 cm sofa bed! It has more comotion and choise of pillows, bigger work desk!
Simply said, modern but cheap, no commotion.
SERVICE - 6/10
The restaurant service was great and always providing and smiling. The bar was also fast and proffsional with the drinks. The cleaning ladies and the beach/pool staff were great!
I put 6 beacuse of these things
First thing, bad reception, the receptionist just gave us the cards and told us there is a QR code, scan it and everyhting is there... She didnt explained anything about brakefast, towels, locations, etc... I requested a change of the CHAIR BED to a SOFA BED or change of room and gave them a number but they never called and always say there arent any, please check tomorrow with us.
One night the elevator didnt work so I had to carry the baby and the stroller to the third floor by hand while the bell boy was just sitting and watching me never offering help, even though i informed them that the elevator doesnt work.
ALL INCLUSIVE - 6/10
This hotel is not ALL INCLUSIVE, there are many hidden small things that need are charged. Ill start from the worst one.
Charging 1 EUR/kW for EV is CRAZY! I didnt came to drink a cheap espresso and charge for free for 6 hours. I paid 5300 EUR for 7 days!
You want the front row soft sunbeds? 100 EUR/day.
Play a game of pool? 15 EUR / day
Fresh oringe juice? PAY UP
Even if you get a Suite, you pay for these..."
