Ammon Zeus Luxury Beach Hotel

"We recently stayed at Ammon Zeus Hotel and honestly felt it was a solid 4/5* experience. Overall, we had a lovely stay and were impressed with what the hotel has to offer. The staff deserve a special mention — exceptional! ❤️ I was pregnant during our stay, and the staff were incredibly supportive, caring, and helpful throughout. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and looked after, and their kindness genuinely made our experience even more enjoyable. It’s these personal touches that make such a difference when you’re travelling during pregnancy. The staff absolutely deserve 5* recognition for their service. I sincerely hope the hotel invests in their remuneration and retention, as these wonderful people are a real asset to the hotel and deserve to be valued and rewarded accordingly. They truly make the difference! Cleanliness & Gardens 🌿 and beach. The hotel beach access is stand out, everything was clean and well maintained, which really added to the comfort of our stay. The gardens were beautifully kept and a lovely feature of the hotel. We also appreciated that even the garden view rooms offer a decent, pleasant outlook. You’re not simply looking out onto a road — the well-maintained gardens make the view feel much more enjoyable and relaxing. Food 🍽️ The food was good, with a solid standard and a nice variety. Overall, we were happy with the dining experience and we liked the effort to look after the environment. Families & Children 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We felt the hotel was particularly well suited to families with small babies and toddlers. It’s a lovely environment for younger children and their parents. For families with older children, however, we felt there could be more activities and entertainment available to keep them engaged. Additional facilities and organised activities for older children would be a great improvement and would make the hotel an even more attractive choice for families with children of different ages. Areas for Improvement 🏋️ The gym: Unfortunately, it is very small, with space for perhaps 5–6 people at maximum, if that. For a hotel of this standard, a larger and better-equipped gym would be a great addition. 🧘 Wellness classes: It would be fantastic to see some wellness classes introduced, such as yoga, Pilates, or other fitness and relaxation sessions. This would really complement the hotel’s offering and give guests more opportunities to enjoy a holistic wellness experience during their stay. 🎶 Evening entertainment: We would also have enjoyed some tasteful evening entertainment. There was a saxophone performance during our stay, which was a nice touch, but we felt the evening entertainment offering could have been a little more varied and elevated. Some relaxed live music, acoustic performances or other tasteful entertainment would really add to the atmosphere in the evenings without making the hotel feel too busy or loud. Overall We really enjoyed our time at Ammon Zeus Hotel and felt it was a solid 4/5* experience. With a few improvements, particularly around the gym, wellness facilities, evening entertainment and activities for older children, we believe the hotel could elevate the guest experience even further. A huge thank you to the amazing staff for making our stay so special. Your kindness and support during my pregnancy meant so much to us! ❤️ Would happily recommend and hope to return with the baby :)"
