"This is not a 4 star hotel, reception is not helpful, hotel bar closed for the entirety of our stay. A simple ask for a coffee, I was sent to a coffee machine that wasn’t working, I asked for milk and they didn’t have any. There is building work outside which maybe why the rooms smell of sewerage, the smell was so bad we had to keep the windows open, other guests had the same issue. Hotel is not in a nice area, only plus is it’s near a metro station- avoid this hotel. It’s tired and the staff are unhelpful"

"If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. The staff here are unbelievably rude and completely incapable of basic hospitality. We arrived early and politely asked if there was any possibility of checking in ahead of time. We fully understood if the room wasn’t ready - that’s not the issue. The problem was the attitude. They didn’t even bother checking our details before bluntly telling us “rooms not ready” like we were inconveniencing them by asking a simple question. Fine. We dropped our bags and went out exploring Paris. We came back at 1:40pm ,TWENTY minutes before official check-in, and asked again. Same dismissive response. At that point I was already wondering how a room supposedly still wasn’t ready minutes before check-in time. What made it worse was that the second I sat down in reception, they immediately started checking in other guests. Clearly rooms WERE ready, just apparently not for us. The room itself was decent enough, although the bathroom desperately needs updating. But the service and overall experience completely ruined it. The location is awful. Nothing convenient nearby, and the hotel itself barely functions properly. Room service “exists” apparently, except nobody tells you the restaurant isn’t even open, so after waiting around wondering why nothing was happening, we had to go downstairs ourselves to figure it out. At check-in, there was absolutely no explanation about the hotel, restaurant hours, facilities, or anything remotely useful. You’re basically left to work everything out yourself because the staff clearly cannot be bothered. The final straw was when we returned to our floor and saw a staff member walking towards us. I politely asked what time the restaurant opened. Instead of answering a simple question, she immediately snapped “No, no, no. Ask reception.” I said, “But you’re right here?” and she literally stormed past us repeating “Ask reception.” Honestly, every interaction with the staff felt hostile, dismissive, and unnecessarily aggressive. I’ve stayed in budget hostels with better customer service than this place. Paris is an amazing city. Don’t ruin your trip by staying here."

"Stayed here for two nights as part of a tour. It's located a bit away from the main sights and has limited dining options in the area. The room was okay, and the bathroom was good. Just be careful of strangers approaching you, a couple of people on our tour got scammed."
