"From the moment we arrived, we received a genuinely warm welcome. The reception team immediately helped with our luggage, which was promptly taken to our room. Throughout our stay, every member of staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Their personalised service really made us feel valued.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. It felt modern, stylish, and almost as if it had been recently renovated. Although the room wasn’t particularly large, the layout was excellent. Even with my electric wheelchair, I was able to move comfortably around the bed without any problems.
We were welcomed with a thoughtful note, a small gift, and complimentary bottled water, which was replenished daily. The room also included a coffee machine, plenty of wardrobe space, quality towels, toiletries, air conditioning, and a large TV with local and international channels, as well as YouTube.
The accessible bathroom was particularly impressive. It was spacious, with a well-designed wet room featuring a quality shower, non-slip flooring, a fold-down shower seat, and sturdy grab rails. It was clear that accessibility had been carefully considered.
The only minor downside was the entrance to the hotel, which has several steps. However, the hotel informed us about this before we arrived and provided access via a service lift outside, normally used to reach the underground car park. While it isn’t the perfect solution, the staff handled it efficiently and made the process straightforward.
The location is excellent. The surrounding area felt safe and offered plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, and bars within a short walk. The Eiffel Tower is only around 5 to 10 minutes away on foot, and there are excellent bus and rail connections nearby, making it easy to explore Paris.
What really sets this hotel apart is its customer service. The staff genuinely care about their guests and consistently go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. There’s also a lovely lounge and bar area on the ground floor that’s perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
Would I stay here again? Without hesitation. Despite its relatively modest appearance from the outside, the interior is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, particularly those looking for an accessible hotel with outstanding service."
