"We had a lovely stay at Hôtel Augustin! The hotel is very cosy and welcoming, and our room was spotless, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. A special thank you to Mélanie at reception, who was incredibly polite, kind and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. Her warm welcome and excellent service made our stay even more pleasant. The only downside was that our room had two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed, which wasn't ideal for us as a couple. However, as we were only staying for one night, it was manageable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend Hôtel Augustin to anyone visiting Paris. "It's been the second year in a row we checked in at Hotel Augustin, it was the most convenient location-wise and practical hotel we've stayed at. The location is superb, central, with metro stations nearby and a 15–20 min. walk to Place de la Concorde. The staff is the most friendly and attentive, you really feel you are taken care of, everyone is always very polite and ready to help. The hotel is very clean and in a cozy area, you can feel the genuine Parisian energy and vibe just by checking the surrounding Paris-like buildings out your window, which adds to the coziness. I call it 'practical' because you actually have everything that really matters at your disposal, like the free snack bar by the lobby or the included minibar in the room, which can really make a difference throughout the day or when you get back in at night after lots of walking and visiting. The room facilities add to it, basically everything inside is useful. The breakfast is rich in tasty options to choose from. A special thank you to the gentleman at the reception who welcomed us (unfortunately I didn't get his name, but I think he will recognize himself!) and even remembered us from last year, helped us with our luggage and some water and coffee, even if it was earlier in the day with still some time to go before the check-in. Very kind and top-notch service! Also, a special thank you to Thomas (I hope I recalled the name correctly! I apologize if not, but hope he remembers) who provided an amazing service as well, with the booking earlier in the year, helping us find the perfect package for our stay. An outstanding experience from start to finish and I highly recommend this hotel at any time to everyone visiting the city!"
