"Small hotel with excellent position to go on foot to central area of Nice. Tram station is just 2 minutes away ( both directions ). Few superettes around and one commercial center 10 minutes walk. Nice Riquier at 15 minutes walk. The Nice Ville station at 7 to 10 minutes by tram. We use the hotel as a base, since we were every other day in other town/village. Room was small, but good enough for 2 persons on the slim side:)). Cleaning every other day, a kettle with some instant coffee and tea. We didn't take breakfast in the hotel, there are few very good options very near. For restaurants we were in the central area ( with good and not so good options ). No noise during night time, despite being on 1st floor on the street side. Nice people in the reception, ready to give any info. 100% recommended and we will use again, if ever come back to Nice."

The location was one of the biggest advantages: close to public transport, but also super accessible for those who decide to visit the city on foot. Furthermore, the room was clean and comfortable.
