The establishment is very well-kept, decorated with refined taste. The garden with its majestic trees, its swimming pools, and its relaxation areas is magnificent and very well maintained. The cuisine is excellent in this cozy, warm, intimate restaurant. The Spa is nice and the services are of high quality. And of course our lovely spacious, quiet room, with its small balcony terrace enjoying a pretty view of the mountains, its lounge area, and its impeccable bedding delighted us. "We came from Ajaccio to spend a weekend at Castel Brando like 2 years ago and we are still won over by this hotel and its restaurant. We are in a small village with very welcoming, very professional, and very kind staff (at the front desk, at the restaurant...), beautiful, very clean rooms, and a pool heated just right. At the restaurant, what a treat: we enjoyed the suggestion of the day: linguine with Cape Corse langoustines, a sea bream fillet, bottarga, and an exceptional bisque sauce. An organic poached pear coated in hot chocolate. All accompanied by an excellent wine suggested by the server."
