Dolce by Wyndham Comwell Copenhagen Portside

"For me as a solo traveler, the quiet standard room was perfect. The bathroom with a large walk-in shower is extremely spacious. The lobby and restaurant/breakfast room are pleasantly and tastefully furnished. The breakfast was a positive surprise, the quality of the food truly convincing. Although the hotel is located in Nordhavn, it is perfectly connected to the metro and the water bus. Both stops are only about 100 meters away from the hotel. The subway runs every four minutes via the old town to the main train station - and that around the clock. With the water bus, a multitude of the city's highlights such as the opera, Black Diamond (library), Nyhavn or Christianshavn and the southern parts of the canal can be reached completely easily. In addition, the ride offers a fantastic view of the city every time."

"Hotel too big (almost 500 rooms) with rooms too small, especially for couples. The rooms are simple (the TV doesn't even have a decent channel selection) and room service requires daily scheduling, which was not pleasing. Also, it was not pleasing to forget to put an adequate number of towels or the non-functioning of the gel and shampoo dispensers. The breakfast is good but the space is small for so many people. It is difficult to find a table and there are times when you cannot circulate. The staff is friendly but scarce."

"Hotel has a good feel overall. Not bad value for your money. Its location is perfect, in quiet part of town and right on metro station. Their public space is great! Really like the Co-Work space. Lots of sitting and working options. Rooms lack of little bit more cosines that it could have. The mattress was too soft. They have only one bedside table by the bed. Room safe is too small and laptop does not fit in there. It is a bit too minimalistic. Basic amenities. No amenity kit, no slippers. But clean. Did not have much interaction with staff, however I have to mention Maria at reception. She was really nice and helpful."
