"I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers for a short, 1-night stay due to a concert at the Royal Arena, and it was a fantastic choice. The hotel is literally a few steps away from the Royal Arena. The location is absolutely top-notch for anyone attending an event there. Airport proximity: It is extremely close to the airport. By taxi, it takes just a few minutes (maximum 10 minutes if there is no traffic on the highway). There is a metro station nearby (although I didn't use it), so getting around should be easy. Within a 10-15 minute walk, you can reach the Field's shopping mall, which is great for shopping, getting coffee, or buying souvenirs like magnets. There is also a Netto supermarket and a Burger King nearby. Taxis are easily available right outside the hotel. I stayed in a suite on the 25th floor, and the views over Copenhagen were beautiful. The room was clean, well-prepared, and very well soundproofed. Breakfast it was included in my stay and was very good with a very wide selection of food. The hotel restaurant serve delicious food at standard prices. In the main lobby, there is a self-service grab-and-go shop with drinks and snacks. The prices are normal street prices, not typical overpriced hotel rates. The staff at check-in and check-out were extremely kind, polite, and helpful. Minor drawbacks (did not ruin my stay, but worth noting): Room wear & tear: some furniture and room equipment showed signs of wear and tear here and there. Coffee machine: even though there is a coffee machine in the room, there are no espresso cups available, only larger tea mugs and regular glasses. You can still make your coffee in them, of course, but it’s a bit unusual. Air conditioning: The AC seemed either centrally controlled by the reception or just didn't work as expected. I couldn't adjust the temperature, only turn it off. However, since it was just a one-night stay and the room temperature was actually fine, it wasn't a major issue for me. Overall, I rate my stay as very good. If I were to attend another concert in Copenhagen, I would definitely choose this hotel again without a doubt!"

"I had a good stay at the Crowne Plaza Copenhagen. The hotel was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was also very quiet, which made the stay relaxing. The amenities were good as well. The location is a little far from Copenhagen city centre, but the metro is very convenient and easy to use, and the tram also makes getting around much easier. There were a few things that could be improved. The hotel was a bit expensive for what you get, and the rooms felt quite small, especially when travelling with a family. The air conditioning definitely needs improvement—on some days, the room was too warm and I had difficulty sleeping. The bathroom also had a slight unpleasant smell during our stay. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. With some improvements to the air conditioning and bathrooms, it could be an even better experience."
