"Just returned after spending two weeks at this amazing hotel and won’t be the last time.
It’s perfect winter sun destination, great location, great food, gorgeous grounds and above all excellent staff. Checking in and out was very quick and good, Mahmoud Elsayed was very helpful and during our stay provided all information. Reception and Security Staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for you ,always happy with a big smile .
The rooms are spacious, large, spotless and very comfortable, with a sense of comfort and privacy with lovely king size bed and white bedding. Cleaning Staff are brilliant and work very hard, Semy who looked after our room, everything was perfect every day, spotless and thoughtful touches everyday, Thank you Semy.
The food is excellent, we had a variety and choice of dishes. For breakfast, omelets, eggs, porridge, cheeses, yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, coffee, pastries and more. For lunch, various side dishes and meat/fish dishes, vegetable salads, sauces, cream soups, a large selection of bread, pastries and confectionery. Fruit is always available in plenty. The dinners are excellent, different variations of fish, meat, grill, shrimp, squid and the Barbeque every evening. I want to acknowledge the work of the restaurant staff especially a few stand out for me, Ahmed Basiony, Ahmed Ezz and Ahmed Mahmoud in the restaurant was the nicest most helpful people, always greeting us with a smile, finding us a table whenever we walked into the restaurant. So attentive, remembering what drinks we liked etc, they made our meals even more enjoyable as they seem genuinely care about guests. Thanks so much you all looked after us and treated us like family members and we hope to see you next year. Thank you Chef Han and all his colleagues for entertaining us with delicious food. The restaurant Italian A lar carte was just delicious food and amazing staff , thank you Amir. Thank you once again Ahmed Basiony for giving us another opportunity to enjoy the Italian A la Carte restaurant.
The staff at the pool bar and pool area are amazing. Our drink orders were always remembered and bought to us. Sun beds were set up each day with our towels and the pool bar staff came around constantly asking if we wanted a drink. The guys at the pool Bob, Mohammed, Mahmoud and Saleh were friendly, helpful and greeted every morning with a smile. Bob at the beautiful pool was amazing, a true gentleman, he is in charge around the pool area and what a lovely man he is , always come to you to see everything is okay.
All staff at the lobby bar were outstanding, especially Moheb and Muhammad. Moheb who was excellent bartender and did so much for us, always making sure we had drinks and even bought us the drinks wherever we were sitting.
The animation team is very good, special mention to Fabio and Daniel, he made us laugh and aqua gym was always fun to do. The music played was very good. The evening entertainment was great, different programme each night and Fabio & Diana are always engaging with people encouraging us to join in and clap.
I would like to give a shout out to the restaurant manager Ahmed ( Ahmed Basiony Manager ),is the happiest and most friendliest person you’ll meet. The Guest relation executive ( sorry don't remember name) is excellent at ensuring that the guests are comfortable throughout during our stay. Hotel is in a great location very near to Naama Bay shopping centre. Shops and restaurant are very close and 10 min walk to Geneva shopping mall.
Our whole holiday experience was just outstanding, the staff treated very nicely we will definitely return next year."
