"Having been home nearly a week from our 2 nd stay at this hotel this year it was time to write a review for the hotel. Originally we were going to stay in another hotel in Sharm but having had such a wonderful time in April with some of our family we decided to return to the same hotel. We definitely weren’t disappointed. The rooms maybe a little dated but the facilities and the amazing staff certainly make up for it. The hotel is situated just a 15-20 minute taxi ride away from the airport. As we didn’t arrive until just after 10 pm we were too late for the main restaurant but after a very smooth check in and then taken to our room in the cactus area we were told that if we made our way to the piazza bar we could get freshly made pizza. As soon as we got there we had a very warm greeting from Mahmoud one of the main managers for the hotel. A gentleman who is always going above and beyond to help in anyway possible. The area in which we were staying had 8 swimming pools all exactly the same size and depth and the water was tested twice a day and was always spotlessly clean . There was a bar called the Cactus bar which was run by Samy who looked after us extremely well the whole time we were there making sure we had water and made us some delicious cocktails. Tarek the life guard sorted our sunbeds ready for us every morning with fresh towels and the umbrella already up for us . We couldn’t have asked for anymore from these 2 members of staff they were fantastic. We had most of our meals in the main restaurant called Mo’s where the F and B manager Ehab and his team including Atief and Mo were amazing. We only had to sit down and our drinks were immediately on the way to us and regularly topped up when required. The chefs were also always around and willing to help with any dietary needs. Entertainment is also very good at this hotel with someone playing the piano in the blue bar and just a little walk away in the piazza bar they had live music with guests up dancing. With such amazing staff in all departments and very tasty food including in the Italian à la carte restaurant where we went a couple of times with delicious courses we would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We have already booked to go back again in January and can’t wait to see everyone again."

"Impeccable service. Very kind and helpful even in changing rooms if there are problems. Efficient shuttle service to go to the beach. Sentido umbrellas always available. Excellent beach spot for snorkeling both from the shore and from the pier. Excellent food. Pool with slides functional but a bit dated and a bit neglected. Great hotel for children. You can use all the services of the Reef and the common shows. Good international entertainment at the Reef. You can easily do it without Veratour."
