"Great location on the Nile, lovely spacious rooms, lots of dining options, large gym, decent pool but most importantly exemplary service! I will definitely stay again when I next visit. Room for improvement: gym equipment is old and twice I had to call the laundry to ask them to return my clothes."

"I had a great five nights in Cairo, and my experience at the Four Seasons was one of the reasons why. The staff was excellent, and everyone was extremely helpful. If I needed to contact a tour group or arrange a ride to the airport, there was always someone looking out for me. My suite was on the fifteenth floor, and the layout was beautiful. Everything was taken care of in the most professional manner possible, and it made for such a memorable stay. And I will never forget those incredible Cairo sunsets from my balcony :) Thank you Four Seasons Cairo at The First Residence."

"Horrible experience at this hotel. My brother and I booked two rooms and I have never experienced such bad service from a luxury hotel. We paid extra for a Nile view room (unobstructed views of the Nile) and we did not get what we paid for even after telling them that the rooms they gave us were not what we paid for. They messed up the rooms also, switching my brothers name and my name in the rooms and not providing an amenity to my brother. The rooms they gave us had a building view instead of the Nile view we paid extra for. I asked them to switch us to the Nile view room with the balcony like the picture of the room I paid for and they lied to me saying that there is no Nile view rooms. The three women I have names of are Martina, meena, and the experience manager. I looked on TripAdvisor and there are Nile view rooms. The room I paid for said Nile view, so that is what I should be getting. They were not helpful when we asked for help. They messed up our dinner orders when we went to dine causing severe delay in us getting food. They refused to get us the complementary car to drive us back to the hotel from the resturant boat and we had to walk on the dangerous street. After checking out they would not let us wait in the lobby while we wait for the uber, we were standing outside in the hot sun. I have never experienced such terrible service. I would have stayed somewhere else if I knew the truth about this place."
