We recently enjoyed one of the best, most relaxing holidays we have had and we have had a few!!!.. As a couple from the UK, we arrived with high expectations and left genuinely impressed. Here's what made our stay exceptional.

Outstanding Staff
The staff are genuinely the hotel's greatest asset. From the moment we arrived until departure, every team member — from maintenance to management — made us feel valued and important. What struck us most was the authenticity: they weren't just doing their jobs; they genuinely wanted us to have an exceptional experience.
We tipped modestly, yet the level of service remained consistently excellent, suggesting the team's dedication comes from genuine hospitality rather than tip-driven motivation. Several staff members deserve special mention:
Saad (Main Restaurant) – Courteous and attentive from our first meal to our last. He elevated every dining experience with his professionalism and warm demeanour, making us feel as though we were dining in a fine restaurant throughout our stay.
Raouf (Housekeeping) – Exceptional attention to detail. Our room was spotlessly clean daily, fresh beach towels were provided each evening without request, and he remembered our anniversary, surprising us with elegant swan towel art upon arrival. He also ensured we had food and refreshments in our room due to our late arrival.
Shihab (Main Pool Bar) – His infectious enthusiasm and genuine interest in guests created a welcoming atmosphere at the pool. Always friendly and attentive.
Emad (Quiet Pool Bar) – Remarkably energetic and customer-focused. He remembered drink preferences from previous days and was constantly ensuring guests were comfortable and hydrated.
Mohammed & Mohammed (Lobby Bar) – A dynamic pair who created an inviting atmosphere with their warmth and attentiveness. Our glasses were never empty, and their genuine interest in our day made the bar feel like a natural gathering place.

Room Quality
Room 5003 offered excellent comfort and space. The swim-up room was generously sized with a large, comfortable bed, ample storage, a separate toilet and spacious walk-in shower, and double sinks. A sofa and television completed the setup. The shared pool with the adjoining room was sufficiently spacious to maintain privacy. From our room, we enjoyed views of the main pool, sea, and beach, with sunlight from early morning until approximately 4pm. Overall, the room was of high quality and well-maintained.

Dining Options
Main Buffet Restaurant – Contrary to some reviews mentioning limited options, we found excellent variety. The buffet offered an impressive selection of meats, pasta stations, cheese and cold meat areas, with both lunch and dinner providing different choices. The restaurant was immaculately clean, well-staffed, and neither lunch nor dinner felt crowded. Indoor and outdoor seating were both available and comfortable.
À la Carte Restaurant – This intimate venue seats 45 guests and provided a welcome change from buffet dining. Guests can dine here once weekly by booking 48 hours in advance. The menu featured different cuisine to the buffet, with professional waitstaff who helpfully explained unfamiliar dishes. All courses were well-prepared and enjoyable.
Snack Bar – Offering pizzas, pastas, burgers, hot dogs, steak sandwiches, and chips, the snack bar consistently delivered good quality food for casual dining.

Bar Facilities
The hotel offers well-positioned bars throughout the property. The rooftop bar provides excellent views of the hotel, beach, and sea with comfortable seating. The lobby bar features both indoor and outdoor sections; we preferred the indoor area for the air conditioning during the heat of the day. Additional bars are located at both pool areas and the beach (Rock Bar), with a blue bar on the second floor. For a hotel of this size, the bar placement and variety ensure guests are always well catered for.

Reception and Services
Despite our 5-hour late arrival due to UK travel disruptions, reception staff greeted us warmly and efficiently during the early morning hours. They ensured we had food and refreshments in our room given the lateness of arrival. Throughout our stay, reception remained consistently friendly and helpful. On our departure day, they efficiently arranged a room extension (approximately £10 per hour), which we much appreciated.

Beach and Water Activities
While the beach itself was adequate with pleasant sand, direct sea access is limited to the neighbouring hotel property. However, snorkelling off the pier proved exceptional — the coral formations and abundance of fish were remarkable, and a lifeguard's presence ensured safety.
We booked a boat excursion to Orange Bay and White Island, which we highly recommend. The beaches were stunning, the water pristine, and another excellent coral reef offered further snorkelling opportunities.

Final Thoughts
This hotel delivers an exceptional all-inclusive experience. The combination of attentive, genuine service, quality accommodations, diverse dining, and well-maintained facilities created a genuinely relaxing holiday. We arrived in need of rest and departed completely rejuvenated.
The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction is the standout feature — their warmth and professionalism set a high standard. This hotel comes highly recommended for couples seeking a relaxing, quality break.
