"We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% recommend this hotel. We travelled as a family with our three girls, and there was genuinely something for everyone. We’ve come home already talking about coming back! The food was incredible, with so much variety throughout our stay. There was always plenty of choice and everything we tried was delicious. Our girls especially loved the pasta! The waiters were fantastic — really attentive without ever being in your face, which made such a difference. The customer service throughout the hotel was excellent, and every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful — crystal clear, peaceful and with loads of sunbeds, so we never had any trouble finding somewhere to relax. The whole hotel was spotless, and our room was modern, comfortable and absolutely immaculate. We also loved the entertainment team. They were so lovely and would happily stop and chat with us, but equally, if you said you weren’t interested, they respected that and left you to enjoy your holiday. We weren’t constantly approached or badgered by salespeople either, which we’ve experienced at other hotels and really appreciated here. The sea is literally a two-minute walk from the pool area, and this was one of our favourite parts of the holiday. The water was crystal clear, with direct access to the Sunken City. We loved snorkelling here — there were so many fish and it was amazing to see. The beach itself is lovely, although I would definitely recommend bringing beach shoes. For families, we thought the hotel was brilliant. Our three girls all had an amazing time and there was more than enough for them to do — they didn’t even miss having water slides! Our youngest absolutely loved the mini disco, while our tween and teen made a lovely group of friends and had a fantastic time. We also loved the chilled, relaxed atmosphere of the whole hotel. It never felt overcrowded or hectic, and everywhere was incredibly clean. Top tip: hire a golf buggy from the bottom of the hotel near the entertainment - it was $17 for 1 hour and we’d definitely recommend doing it around sunset. We got some amazing family photos, and we all had a go at driving, which became one of our favourite memories! We felt very safe in Sahl Hasheesh and were comfortable walking around the area. We loved visiting the glowing fountains in the Old Town. We’d also recommend walking along the beachfront to Spinneys, which is around 10 minutes from the hotel, for snacks and souvenirs. It’s particularly handy because everything has a price, so there’s no need for the usual haggling! The lobby bar and beach bar are both gorgeous, and the hammocks down by the beach were the perfect place to relax. Overall, we honestly couldn’t fault our stay. From the food and spotless rooms to the wonderful staff, beautiful pool, incredible snorkelling and relaxed atmosphere, it was exactly what we wanted from our family holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely love to come back! ❤️🇪🇬"
