We have just returned from the most amazing stay we stayed 7 nights as a party of 6, I had the swim up room.
Check in
So easy the room stewards meet you at the coach and take your luggage from here and walk you to your room once your checked in, was given a welcome drink of I think grape juice which was very refreshing. Check in staff very welcoming.
Food
Found this hotel to have the best variety of food I have seen in an all inclusive, made to order omelettes every morning alongside your traditional breakfast items.
Lunch always had a different variety everyday including pasta salads and cooked meals.
Dinner was always different dishes every evening. I am vegetarian and found they catered very well to this compared to other hotels I have stayed in.
Wine, beer, soft drinks and hot drinks available with every meal. Big shout out to our waiter Ibrahim bless him he worked so hard and was our waiter for our whole stay. Always went above and beyond for us and he was very much appreciated by the whole group.
Bar
Main bar we used frequently and mostly was served by Karim. Cocktails were a little stony for me but then o found the sechmet fire cocktail which was just nice and they had limoncello which is always a win. Slushies on the go most of the day to keep the kids happy too.
Pool areas
The grounds of this hotel are immaculate, cleaners constantly on the go with no exemptions. Pool areas were so clean. Main pool and swim up pool were heated and the kids were never out of it. We visited the water park twice, lots of choice of slides and we were never bored. Most of the water park was heated minus the larger splash park at the back.
Snacks
Snack bar was well manned and well stocked. Pizza, paninis , chips etc available throughout the day as well as ice creams and crepes. Snack bar had a juice dispenser and also a coffee machine with a lovely seating area.
Entertainment
The animation team here were amazing, always making it fun and loads of activities planned throughout the day. Big thank you to Ahmed who managed to get us a little adult time to do cocktail making, belly dancing and a little Arabic lesson. They are brilliant with kids always making them laugh and honestly just made our holiday the best.
Rooms
Our room was the swim up room. And was 10/10 had lovely view out the back and our cleaner ( feel bad but I forgot his name) was just amazing, my daughter loved coming back to the room to see what he had made for us out of the towels everyday. Room was always spotless.
Area
For me this was the only slight downfall but would not stop me returning as everything else was enough. There was nothing around us so meant getting taxis a lot. But to go to the beach there was a free shuttle bus. Beach was lovely and had a section just for Jaz hotels where you can still use the all inclusive for your food and drinks. Shops were pretty pricey but I think this was just because it was a very touristy area surrounded by some big hotels.
Trips
We used Falcon Adventure ExcurFalcon Adventure ExcuFalcon Adventure Excursions - Hurghada tourslt them in any way they guys that work there are next to none and would do anything for you we had “Tito” for our Quad safari and dinner show trip which everyone enjoyed and the kids absolutely loved him. We done the dolphin house which again was just amazing swimming with dolphins in their natural habitat is just something you have to experience. And lastly we took a trip to senzo mall shopping centre. Was lovely and very well priced. 2 bags of shopping from the supermarket cost us about £12 and a bag of products from the pharmacy £5.50 so great value for money. 2L bottle of Pepsi was 35 Egyptian pounds 😮.
Biggest tip I would give is tip the staff they all work so hard and even a small tip is greatly appreciated by them
We will definitely return and just want to hotel manager to know how amazing their staff are and that I would return just to see them all again! Xx"
