"I'll start with the negatives, as there are more of them than positives.‼️️ 1. We took a family room (with two rooms). The view from the room was of a construction site. We wanted to change the number, but the suggested options turned out to be worse than ours. For example, there was only one window in one of the rooms, or the beds in the rooms looked at each other. Decided to keep ours, just haven't opened the windows once in 10 days. Since the entire balcony was covered in construction dust and there was a terrible smell of cooking from the kitchen in the evenings. (Photos of our room and others are attached) 2. They sent me to a spa, 1 massage costs $60, they convinced me to get 2 for $50 each. Went to the room for money, came back and they tell me the amount from memory is $118. After 5 minutes of fuss, what we just agreed on 100, they agreed to 100. It's very unpleasant that they are making a fool of you, even though you already went to meet them and agreed to their option in their favor. (And where is the foot massage with fish, where nice people work and don't cheat) 3. At night! At 1:50 they started drilling the walls and banging. After going to the reception, the situation did not change. They called from the room, then stopped. For an hour! At 2:50 the situation repeated itself. They called the reception again. They started again at 3:50. I encounter this in the beginning, they don't care about you. The repair was probably done quietly from the "administration," because the next day the reception worker muttered to himself and reluctantly said that they were still doing repairs. 4. Workers can start mowing the grass during the day with a loud mower behind the pool when there are many people relaxing on the loungers. Either start painting the tables with paint when people are sitting at the neighboring tables. Although usually in hotels this is done either in the evening or in the morning. But here they work on their own schedule, "when they want to" 5. THE WORST THING is this "employee." I haven't seen anything like that before. The child's leg is swollen and the wound is infected. The tour operator said I can call the insurance from the reception with the Egyptian number. This character stood and proved to me that this number is not Egyptian. Although I explained the whole situation. And he stands, mutters, turns away and says "no." When I was already pounding from such treatment, another employee approached me and calmly dialed this number and let me call. And this one stood there and pretended we didn't exist. He kept rambling about the repair and turning away. You will feel bad, never turn to him, otherwise he will drive you even more crazy. It's a pity that the room number was in the reception building and I had to see it every day and my mood automatically got ruined. Such a person should not work with people, let alone be the "face" of the hotel. They are lucky that I didn't throw a tantrum about the room number we are in and about the air conditioners working at night like a factory machine. (Even the neighbors complained that the child barely fell asleep from such noise) 6. At the end of the vacation, we got food poisoning, but I don't think the food is to blame. Most likely people do not wash their hands and touch plates and food lids. A woman was smelling dates and putting them back into the communal dish in front of me, even though we always sanitized our hands. Or it's because of soft drinks. 7. There aren't many people at peak hour, many leave towels and leave. There are many sunbeds near the very beginning of the sea, but the water there is dirty and only babies swim there. Some Europeans tan in a topless manner, and the passing employees do not react to it. And the hotel is kind of family-friendly if that matters... we were mostly in the area with sunbeds on the pier with a roof. But on distant places, the wifi doesn't work there. The reef is dead, masks won't be particularly useful, there's practically nothing to see. 8. The drinks are good in the bar in the lobby and near the large pool. Not so close to the beach. Pros: the food is varied, the cleaning staff are good, they clean everything quickly in the dining room and constantly clean and wipe the lobby. A la carte restaurants ARE VERY GOOD. The animation is also great, they take you to other hotels 2 times a week. The animators are real beauties, very active and eager to work) I would give a bonus to the animator with long braids, I've never seen such energizers. The only ones who cheered people up there were them! Conclusion: I wouldn't go there again, I'm sure there are much better options. I don't advise it! Unless you get rid of the main negativity at the reception and do the landscaping work not when people are relaxing and not cheat your guests so shamelessly with money. And we are not the kind who expect "luxury" in a 4-star. But guys, human treatment of guests is not about service, but about what should be the norm in society. Many reviews here were written using a neural network and it's obvious, it's a shame we fell for them."

"We generally had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which deserves its 4 stars for many aspects. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always available to help. The service is impeccable and the housekeeping is top-notch: room always very clean and perfectly maintained. The rooms are pleasant and the bedding is very comfortable. A very special mention to Karim, a waiter at the fish & seafood à la carte restaurant: professional, attentive, smiling, and with impeccable service. Thank you Karim! 👏 The hotel grounds are very large and pleasant, with several pools, which allows everyone to find their own space to enjoy their vacation. Unfortunately, some points did, however, tarnish our stay. The food was really not to our taste, even though we are not picky. We also got sick despite all the precautions taken: no ice cubes, no raw vegetables or fruits, and only bottled water. But our biggest disappointment concerns the excursions. Two days before our arrival, our personal phone number was given to a private organizer who contacted us directly on WhatsApp, claiming to work with the hotel. We then noticed that the excursion did not correspond to what had been promised to us. We are intentionally not mentioning the name of the employee involved in order to protect their job, but we find it very concerning that a client's personal contact information can be shared with an outside provider without their authorization. ⚠️ A tip for future travelers: if you receive a WhatsApp message before your arrival from an excursion organizer claiming to work with the hotel, be vigilant. Check directly with the front desk before booking or paying for anything. In summary, a very beautiful hotel, with wonderful staff, beautiful facilities, and an excellent level of cleanliness, but with important points to improve regarding the dining and especially the management of outside providers and clients' personal contact information."

"When we arrived as a family of 8 the welcome was lovely, they got a bit confused with our rooms but this got sorted very quickly. The rooms are a good size very clean our cleaner was lovely. The food was very good plenty to choose from and if you get the chance definitely eat at the fish restaurant by the beach it is amazing and the service is brilliant. I can honestly say the staff here are amazing. The location is very good not to far to the marina and senso mall there is also plenty of shops just outside the hotel. The entertainment in the evenings was really good I would definitely recommend this hotel for family's or couples."
