"The room balcony was very dirty because of continuous bird droppings — it really affected the experience. The Mexican restaurant food was not delicious and felt uncomfortable overall. The Asian restaurant served food way too quickly, which made the meal feel rushed. Also, the pool closed at 4:45 PM, which was disappointing and not convenient."

"My wife, our little girl (who was 2 years old at the time), and I stayed at Serry Beach Resort in December 2024, while my wife was pregnant with our second child. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful design and calming atmosphere of the resort – it’s modern, elegant, and strikes the perfect balance between luxury and a warm, family-friendly feel. The food was absolutely amazing – fresh, varied, and top quality every single day. A big thank-you to Ahmed Gamal and Ahmed Ramada from the pasta and pizza corner for always being so kind and welcoming. Islam made incredible pasta dishes for my wife; during her pregnancy, she craved one specific type of pasta, and every time he saw her, he would start preparing it exactly the way she liked. That kind of personal touch really made a difference! Saad created delicious and beautifully presented salads, and Chef Hamada Ebrahim was also fantastic. We also loved the resort’s activities. My wife joined the sunrise yoga sessions several times – she said it was an incredibly peaceful experience with a stunning sea view. Our daughter had the best time with all the kids’ activities, especially pottery making and baking cookies. Ahmed, who led the kids’ activities, was wonderful – patient, friendly, and great with the children. Our daughter also adored Valentina from the kids’ corner – always cheerful, caring, and full of energy. The bar team also deserves special mention – Gamal Mohamed and Mohamad Ramadan made some of the best, most refreshing drinks. And Fatma Kamal at reception was always so helpful, friendly, and thoughtful. What we appreciated most was how the resort manages to be peaceful and relaxing, yet still very family-friendly. It’s a place where you can truly unwind without loud crowds, while children are welcomed with open arms. And for a bit of extra fun, the waterpark just across the street is a great bonus! With our family now grown, we are really excited to be returning to Serry Beach Resort on November 19th. We can’t wait to create more wonderful memories with our children and enjoy the warmth and care of all the amazing staff once again."

"This was our first time visiting egypt, the hotel was everything we hoped for. The staff are trained to a very high standard and made our holiday wonderful. I had the pleasure of speaking to Amir the hotel manager and complemented everything about this hotel. The food restaurants were excellent - loved the roof top terrace. The buffet restaurant had amazing choices everyday. The rooms were gorgeous and the serene bird song and ocean waves playing in the corridors as you walk through made it feel like a spa. Now to mention the staff Fist on my list are two of the life guards Mohamed and Amed who truly are a credit to this hotel, they work hard to Look after the amazing pool area and make sure guests are looked after every day. I would like to Thank them both personally for making our days round the pool really amazing. The waiter from round the pool Looked after all the guests , working so hard every day. The staff in all the restaurants are highly trained and again work really hard to look after the guests. The roof top bar was our favourite - we relaxed and again the staff are amazing. Amir the hotel manager i want to personally thank you for helping me on our last day when we found out my husbands dad had passed away, you were so compassionate and looked after us , thank you so much. We will be back very soon"
