"Enjoyed this stay. Great hotel. Spotless rooms. Comfy beds and pillows. Great shower facilities. Great location near Giants Ring trail. Great selection at breakfast. We also dined in the restaurant downstairs one night which had great food and service. It was nice to have a pool and spa facilities but be aware there isn’t a jacuzzi. There is a whirlpool attached to the pool but it is cold!"

"Our stay at the Crowne Plaza didn’t start quite as smoothly as we’d hoped, but I have to give real credit to the team for how well they handled things once we raised our concerns. The staff were professional, approachable, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy. It made a real difference and completely changed the tone of our stay. A particular shout-out to Louise at breakfast, who is without doubt the star of the hotel. She was warm, welcoming, and completely on top of everything even during busy service — nothing was too much trouble, and she really set a positive tone for the day. By the end of our visit, everything had been sorted out and we left feeling well looked after. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how a team responds that counts — and in this case, the staff truly turned things around."
