"had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t stop taking photos everywhere I looked. The food was fantastic—there was a great selection of meats, and everything I tried was delicious. The drinks were refreshing and well-prepared, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The ambiance is perfect for couples, so I’d say it’s an ideal spot for a romantic getaway. Highly recommend!"

"Modern hotel, situated between other hotels on a desert like landscape. Many young families with pre school children. Elegant and happy guests, mostly from Russia with well behaved kids. Saw only one screaming toddler and few overly excited preteenage kids making a loud splach party in Hamam. Decent sized rooms, comfortable beds, pillow menu. Lot's of noise from the streets at night ( busses, beeping garbage cars) but you can escape this a bit with closing the balcoy doors and turning on the AC. Nice sandy beach, wonderful for kids. Festival like electronic music sessions at the dreamy beach bar. Great DJ - heard an amazing mix - well done! Superb service by all except hotel nurce who lead us to the private hospital ensuring that doctor works with our insurance and that documentation is not a problem, came with us, then left us with many, many problems. Do not go along before you have consulted with your insurance as this is a scam! Also just in case check how har is any hospital you need to go. We got a bacteria, maybe from the seawater as there was lot's of raining and street waters run to the sea. There are 3 outside pools and 1 inside pool and quite many saunas, what is a great adittion. Pool close to the water slides is most quiet somehow if you want to rest. The other spots all have loud music or rather lively atmosphere. One of the best selection of foods I have seen, also super tasty! Overall I would say that it is a good hotel, best for young families who still want to enjoy electronic music and lounge scene but have their toddlers at the beach at the same time. Many thanks for many friendly, kind and dedicated staff members from reception, from restaurants and bars, from the spa and special thanks to the guest relation girls who where extra superb!"

"We wanted to visit Liu Resort to have a look around, as we’re considering staying there next year. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant encounter: one of the young golf cart drivers spoke to us in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner in front of many guests, telling us to leave immediately. It was honestly quite embarrassing – we’ve never experienced anything like that before. Thankfully, the security guard was extremely kind and professional. After we explained that we just wanted to take a quick look at the hotel, he called the reception and arranged an appointment for us the next day. During that visit, we were warmly welcomed and given a nice tour of the property. Still, the incident left a bad impression. This is not how guests – especially a family with a baby – should be treated. It’s perfectly understandable that access to the hotel is restricted, but the way it was communicated to us was simply unacceptable. Some training in courtesy and guest relations would definitely be beneficial."
