"Spent 4 nights stay. Location near shop, grocery and even a fast food. Even the trains stations , but it is not walkable to main attraction. Good decent breakfast spread. Fast Wi-Fi. Rooms however on the small side with no bidet options"

"I would like to share my experience with the receptionist named Kathi . Unfortunately, she was quite RUDE and unhelpful during our interaction. As a front-desk representative, politeness and assistance are expected, but that was missing in this case. The receptionist Kathi , did not handle our inquiry in a professional manner. Her attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which made the experience unpleasant. Better training in customer service and communication would be helpful."

"We had a junior suite on the top floor facing the quiet inner courtyard. There is an extra large bathroom with two sinks, toilet, bidet, soaking tub, and shower. Antipodes shampoo, body wash, conditioner and lotion in four areas of the bathroom. Complimentary toothbrush and shaver as well as coffee/tea facilities and chocolates. Everything is spotless and the personnel go above and beyond! Breakfast is a buffet with an omelette station but ask for anything and ye shall receive! I am vegan and they brought out non dairy yogurt and cheese along with fresh avocado, nut butter and hummus. They even brought smoked salmon and trout for my husband. I cannot thank them enough for their efforts! Easy parking downstairs and a super location for everything."
