"Quaint and nice hotel in a corner in Pratteln, Switzerland. Above average food and upkeep. GM Mr Sebastian Kessel is a helpful person. Nicole and Teclaire at the front desk are very guest friendly and forthcoming. Hotel is very good for a business Traveller. Room and corridor cleanliness can be improved."

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay, particularly due to the poor service I received at check-in. Thomas, the front desk associate, was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. As a Gold Marriott member, I was surprised and disappointed that my status was not acknowledged at all, nor were any of the typical benefits offered. I was also traveling with an additional guest and requested an extra bed, which was flatly denied without any explanation. Thomas's dismissive attitude made it clear he had no interest in helping or creating a welcoming experience. This is not the level of service I expect from a Marriott property. I hope management takes steps to address these issues so future guests are treated with more courtesy and respect."

"Not safe / reliable at all . Do not go here , I forgot my goldchain in the room and they didn't gave it back to me . I payed almost 1000 euro for 2 days for 2 rooms and they took my gold chin . Not safe at all !!! They do not treat you with respect and they lie about your belongings. Zero hospitality!!!"
